“I would like to be a travel agent one day.”

That was the thought I had as I walked past a small travel agency in our local department store while growing up. Even then, the idea of travelling to far-away places and experiencing different cultures sparked something in me — the beginning of a lifelong love of travel.

During my early school years, our family traveled to Hawai‘i, Hong Kong, and China, which only deepened my desire to explore the world. Those early journeys showed me how travel can broaden your perspective and create memories that stay with you long after you return home.

Years later, I had the opportunity to train and work within the travel and cruise industry — first with a local agency specializing in travel for seniors, and later with a cruise line. While I enjoyed both experiences, I ultimately realized my passion lies on land, helping those 50 and better turn their travel dreams into meaningful, well-planned experiences.
