Donna was exceptional at taking the dream of our vacation and turned it into reality without any stress. She handled every detail from the car rental, perfect locations for staying that met our families needs and helped plan special activities during the trip.

Donna was amazing to work with. She was instrumental in planning our trip to PEI, Nova Scotia and Cape Breton last summer. Coordinating flights and car rental was tricky post-covid, and she took all of the stress out of it for us. She helped us map out an itinerary that made the most of our time and found us excellent accommodations. She also provided an app that made checking our itinerary very simple.
Donna was also great at troubleshooting, when the airline added two stops to our outbound flight, which got us into Halifax 7 hours late. Donna spent a couple of days tracking down the person who would be at the car rental kiosk to ensure they wouldn’t leave until we were able to get our rental. This was lifesaving, as we arrived at 1:00am after an hour extremely long travel day and were able to pick up our rental, rather than having to return to the airport the following day.

I have worked with Donna to plan 2 of our trips thus far - one for 2 families and another for 5 families. Donna focuses on knowing what is important to her clients and then caters her advice based on those preferences. She is very knowledgable and patient and will keep looking for options until one fits both our preferences and price point. Donna is extremely detail orientated and goes the extra mile to try and ensure our time at the resort is enjoyed. Examples of that would be pre-planning our a la carte meals prior to arrival, dealing directly with the resort to help inform them of severe allergies and in one case, a child who had medical needs.
