CJ was there to answer (either by email or phone) any and all of our questions, work through any concerns and assure that the entire travel process from tour/hotel bookings, to travel requirements, changes in flight schedules, and set up reminders for payment schedules were all accomplished on time. The caveat to all of this was that she was coordinating clients in the US and Canada for a mutual vacation. That was no easy feat! Many, many thanks to CJ for making a memorable vacation for international friends!

Incredible Alaska Experience!

I would definitely recommend the travel agent as CJ was very helpful in planning , explaining and guiding us through out booking . Visiting Alaska was an incredible experience ! but I am not sure if the cruise experience is for me. To many hidden charges that cruise lines apply even when you have purchased a drink and WiFi package and prepaid gratuities. But it was my first cruise experience and if I decide to go on a cruise again I would approach it differently .

A FANTASTIC Ireland and Northern Ireland Tour!

CJ helped find us a great tour within our budget and was amazing with figuring out flights and hotels. When one flight was delayed and we thought we may miss our connection, we sent her an email thinking we'd hear from her in the morning Wpg time. Instead she replied back right away which would have been the middle of the night for her! I'd highly recommend her to everyone!

Awesome Ireland trip

CJ provided us excellent experience! I particularly liked the fact that had there have been a flight disruption with the pilots’ strike, I did not need to worry as I knew we would be looked after and not stranded. Thankfully, nothing happpened and I did not waste my time worrying about that possibility!
