We contacted her while on vacation with an issue with the resort and she went all the way up the chain of command until she got it resolved and more. She went above and beyond! Beautiful relaxing and rejuvenating

Cassie was with us every step of the way. Even when the resort gave us the wrong room and wouldn’t work with us, Cassie got them to provide us with the room that we booked the next day as well as a couple of compensations.

Honeymoon in Playa Mujeres

Working with Cassie for our honeymoon to Cancun was an absolute pleasure! She made sure we had no worries or doubts when planning this special trip! Amazing Girls Trip

Amazing trip for our first time to Europe

She had great suggestions and lead us in the right direction so we felt very comfortable traveling to Europe for the first time.Everything went as planned without any complications . Trip of a Lifetime!

It was, as they say, "a trip of a lifetime"! Not only did I have a blast with my oldest friend, but Cassie put everything together along with her personal touches. She put up with our endless changes, but she rolled with it every time. She didn't only just listen to us, she also suggested changes/updates when she thought it would benefit our experience...and they did! I truly don't think there is anything we would have done differently.

Family Spring Break Beach Vacations

Cassie was extremely helpful in booking a short-notice (~5 wks) family spring break trip to Fort Walton, FL! She asked great questions to gage our likes and preferences. Perfect getaway for two!

Great Quick Getaway!

Magical trip to Disney!

Thank you Cassie for making our family’s Disney trip extra magical! We have done Disney many times in the past but I needed some extra help with all the new systems in place (Genie+, lightning Lanes, Virtual queues,etc). Cassie to the rescue! Not only did she spend time with me on multiple occasions prior to our visit explaining everything and making my reservations, she was also available during our trip. The best part; A daily itinerary of times to log in and what to reserve and when based on my family’s preferences. She also was the one that got up at 5am and made all of our preferred dining reservations 60 days prior. Stress free trip for me was a HUGE win for my entire family. Money well spent. If you are at all concerned about getting the most out of your Disney vacation, I highly recommend using Cassie as her tips and Disney knowledge provided us with a vacation we would not have had without her expertise.
