We was able to keep in contact with her even when we took our trip and return home safely. She stayed in communication with us via text message. She was so attentive , thorough , communicative , Patient , precise, always available ( i can text at 2am and she would respond ) , quick problem solver and really aims to please . Let me tell you, Ramonia is a one in a kind, once and a lifetime person. I have been all around the world being in the military traveling, but working with Ramonia, made all the prior trips in my life seem mediocre. Ramonia made my recent trip a once in a life time experience! Best person to book a trip with. She is very compassion, extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and undoubtedly easiest person to vibe with. She has a very kind and understandable personality and she really loves to help others. I recently went on a Europe trip, and I really got more than a bang for my buck. Very affordable. I had a small issue in regards to my hotel (no fault of her), and I called Ramonia, and she took care of the issue immediately. I couldn't ask for anything and anyone better. If could give her 100 stars instead of the 5 out of 5, I would with any doubt!

Ramonia did a great job in working with us during a difficult time of traveling! COVID-19 certainly provided a lot of roadblocks and extra hassles, but she was able to help us go on a wonderful vacation in Belize. She did a good job of checking in with us and arranging our COVID-19 tests. The driver and the activities they picked were very good, fit our needs, and there was a great mix of different things in our itinerary that we liked. We also loved our accommodation options. Overall, we had a great vacation! the whole experience was wonderful! Defiantly will be planning more trips in the future.

My first time using any time of travel agent/service so I was a little hesitant. But let me just say that I will not be traveling without one and that’s thanks to Ramonia. She was able to get the best deals for us! From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. We missed our departure van to the airport and Ramonia had another for us in an hour. Finally home, adjusting safe & sound, I wish I could share photos from our honeymoon trip in Jamaica. We had such a fantastic time from the start to the end. Ramonia planned six excursions, including private driver/charter around the island. She selected our accommodation, specifically the dates and times for activities, nightlife, mingle with the locals. The Hawaii trip was fabulous! We loved the resorts that you chose for us! In Maui, we did a luau, biking down Haleakala, a fishing charter, and the road to Hana. On the Big Island, we enjoyed snorkeling & zip lining...and still found plenty of time to relax, eat, and drink :) The flights there & back and the rental cars worked out great!
