We was able to keep in contact with her even when we took our trip and return home safely. She stayed in communication with us via text message. She was so attentive , thorough , communicative , Patient , precise, always available ( i can text at 2am and she would respond ) , quick problem solver and really aims to please . Let me tell you, Ramonia is a one in a kind, once and a lifetime person. I have been all around the world being in the military traveling, but working with Ramonia, made all the prior trips in my life seem mediocre. Ramonia did a great job in working with us during a difficult time of traveling! COVID-19 certainly provided a lot of roadblocks and extra hassles, but she was able to help us go on a wonderful vacation in Belize. She did a good job of checking in with us and arranging our COVID-19 tests. The driver and the activities they picked were very good, fit our needs, and there was a great mix of different things in our itinerary that we liked. We also loved our accommodation options. Finally home, adjusting safe & sound, I wish I could share photos from our honeymoon trip in Jamaica. We had such a fantastic time from the start to the end. The Hawaii trip was fabulous! We loved the resorts that you chose for us! In Maui, we did a luau, biking down Haleakala, a fishing charter, and the road to Hana. On the Big Island, we enjoyed snorkeling & zip lining...and still found plenty of time to relax, eat, and drink :) The flights there & back and the rental cars worked out great!
