I have been a full time agent for 13 years, and have traveled extensively!

Trip for incoming college students

Jen was excellent in coordinating a trip for us in Portland, OR and Seattle, WA. She was professional and reliable. The students loved the activities she planned for us and the community service project she arranged was educational and fun. I would strongly recommend Jen for any college trip associated with a class or organization. A memorable part of our trip was a ferry ride to Blake Island were we were in the audience for a cultural performance from the local tribe and then had a traditional dinner of salmon. Another one was a bicycle trip through the neighborhoods in Portland as we explored various food trucks. She really understand the blend between educational experiential learning and creating memorable fun activities.

I have been using Jen's services for about 8 years now.....every trip has been well planned and thoughly enjoyed. I have traveled with just a few family members to traveling with a large group and everyone has been satisfied with the service they have received with Jen. I am currently spending half a year in Central America and Jen still handles all my arrangements. Planning a trip? Call Jen, you won't be disappointed!

I have been using Jenn's services at B Roberts Travel for about 5 years now. All of my trips have been well planned and amazing! Jenn listens to requests and follows through, for an enjoyable, stress free vacation!! Just recently she planned our trip to Mexico, and it was fantastic! We had a car pick us up at the airport, bring us to our hotel, everything there was great, and a car to being us back to the airport. Everything was on time and service was great! Jenn is VERY accommodating and does so in a timely fashion!

My family and I have been working with Jenn for over a decade! She has helped us book everything from trips to Grand Cayman and Mexico to cruises to the Caribbean and Hawaii. She is very is extremely knowledgeable, never leaves you waiting for a response. She is there to walk you through all aspects of your trip to make sure that every trip is the best trip possible.
