Working with Brian was a joy. I initially reached out about 1 month before deciding on a trip to Italy with my 88 year old mother. She wanted the Tuscany experience. Our expectations were not high as this was not a lot of time for booking airline, villa's, day trips, etc. Brian worked with us on a weekly (mostly daily) basis editing our itinerary until it was perfect for us. Our villa was beyond amazing from the location to the food and the exceptional staff. Our day trips were thoughtfully planned out due to my mother's limitations from COPD (Brian arranged private daily driving tours in which we were picked up at our villa as well as wheel chair assistance when needed ). These trips allowed us to see many different areas and experience as much as possible without feeling "over booked".

Brian Fierro did an outstanding job booking our family vacation. We told him we were looking for a tropical experience for the family (We have a 19, 16 and 9 year old). He provided us with 3 choices, each with incredible detail so we could effectively weigh the pros and cons of each. We settled on the Dominican Republic. Brian's communication before, during and after the trip was excellent! It was as if he was on the trip with us! He was aware of flight changes and was on top of it in real-time and ready to assist without us having to reach out to him first. We were blown away and not expecting that level of service. Coastwise Travel really takes the stress out of planning a trip!
