Family & Group Vacations in Mexico

This is not our first time using Gail as our travel agent. She helped us in going to Hawaii and Mexico several different times…But this time we used her for help planning our trip to Italy. Super easy to talk to and had great ideas. She listened and made sure she knew everything we wanted to do, and everywhere we wanted to go, and helped figure out the best way to do and see as much as possible in our time frame. Went above and beyond explaining everything. Making sure we had information about where we were going and things to do while we were there. The trip was absolutely top-notch fantastic. Could not have been better. She set up tours,car rides, trains, hotels. Everything. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly. We were able to see Rome, Positano, Amalfi AND Capri without a hitch. Don’t know what we would’ve done without her!!

We took our teenage grandsons to Disney World for nine days. We previously have made all the arrangements for our travel destinations by ourselves. This time we decided to let someone else do all the work and were we glad. We decided to go with “Gone Travl’n” and the owner Gail assigned Amber Dawn to do all the work for putting together our trip details based on what we suggested to Amber. Amber was OUTSTANDING! She incorporated our ideas into a plan that turned out to be a carefree but was a well thought out approach with Amber’s knowledge. She made all the arrangements and also was available for us to contact her during our stay. She also kept track of all the deadlines that we needed to meet. (Example: anyone that has been to Disney World knows that making dinner reservations requires lead time). Amber also has a wealth of knowledge about Disney World and provided us with numerous tips to make the trip less stressful as well as Amber was the person that dealt with any problems. We will never again plan our own trips but will instead rely solely on Gone Travl’n to do all the work based on our input. We cannot say enough positive things about them and Amber. FIVE STARS

We were married during COVID, and with all the uncertainty/regulations, we had to reschedule a few times. Gail made sure that all went smoothly with the rescheduling taking away all of the stress. When we were set to fly out, Lufthansa decided to go on strike, but Gail assisted us with moving our flight out a few days and adding on Cefalu to our Sicily trip. All of the transportation that she arranged from the airport and between the cities went very smoothly, and all of the drivers were friendly and helpful. All of the hotels were beautiful, and the best part was that she set up personal tour guides to introduce us to the four cities we were visiting - Taormina, Palermo, Cefalu and Syracusa. I have to say that Cefalu was our favorite - recommended to us by Gail (otherwise we would never have visited.) I highly recommend using Gail for a Sicily trip as we had the time of our lives.

Gail planned everything from start to finish, and kept us updated with every aspect of the trip, including what to bring, what to expect at the airport, which taxi service to use, what papers to fill out beforehand, etc. She is very knowledgeable of hidden travel treasures! This was the best beach vacation we ever had. I highly recommend working with Gail.

Gail has booked and planned so many trips for my husband and I. Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Disney World, but our England/Italy trip was the best b/c of how organized she was. We spent one week in England and three weeks in Italy. She had everything planned for us when it came to transportation (planes, trains, and cars) and we stayed at beautiful hotels. She communicated with us during our trip and was available if we needed her. I was truly amazed that our one month trip went so smooth. She truly wants the best for her travelers and I highly recommend her!
