Sue booked us down the Danube River on a Viking river cruise and it was the very best!
It was so easy - we didn’t have to worry about anything! Sue had detailed itineraries and handled all our air travel and called us to walk us through everything! She was amazing! Spectacular Scandinavia --Indeed!

For the 3rd year in a row, Susan exceeded our expectations by planning a trip that met the needs and wants we didn't even know to ask for. We had 14 days, 3 countries (Sweden, Denmark & Norway) and 7 cities/towns managed with ease with her local representatives... we traveled by plane, train, automobile, ferry, kayak, canal boat and bike, hiked and learned and ate more delicious food than could ever be imagined and combined historical tours with modern viewpoints. She even dealt with a food allergy and a wimp of a mom who declined an overnight cruise between cities. It was amazing!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. :-)

Trip to Vienna & Prague

This is the 3rd big trip to Europe that Susan has planned for us. Previous trips were planned to Italy and to Munich & Amsterdam. All the trips were perfectly planned from the hotels, tours and activities and transportation. Her attention to detail made all the difference. She understand the kind of hotels we like and how much we wanted to be scheduled throughout the trip. Susan had excellent ideas on what to spend time on in each of the locations. She also help us with a change to our transportation schedule while I was in Vienna. In a previous trip, she even helped me with a train mixup on my part. Spanish Adventure

Susan is the best! She certainly made our trip to Spain a memorable one. A relaxing beach stay in Marbella/Estepona then onto Salamanca (World Heritage Site) a walkable Spanish Renaissance city, with architecture and history galore. The University founded in 1254 is the first in Spain and one of the four oldest in the world. Our trip coincided with Semana Santa and we experienced many processions throughout our stay. An extraordinary experience! Our travel in and out of Madrid was seamless and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was a fabulous family holiday! Gracias Susan!

My family and I just came back from a memorable trip to Italy, and I would not have been able to plan this on my own. I reached out to Susan earlier in the year looking for information on traveling to Italy in August to do some sightseeing and a few tours. After going over my plans Susan gave me the best advice as far as what to expect in August in Italy while sightseeing with children and I instantly moved my vacation to November to be able to enjoy everything without all of the crowds and heat (best decision). I knew I wanted to see more than one city but wasn't sure where and Susan planned out a few different locations for me and my family to make the most of our time there. I gave her my budget and everything I mean everything was done for me. Every train, every car, every tour was booked and all put into an app. with meet up times locations etc. she even brought me the itinerary and tickets in a hard copy to travel with just in case. Took the stress completely away.

I do not usually work with a Travel Agent when planning a vacation but I will from this point on. Susan Buchner was amazing and made the experience so easy. We selected a trip and Susan took it from there making arrangements for the flights, accommodations, transfers and basic information about the location that proved very helpful. Wonderful, Relaxing time in the Caribbean

I asked Susan to find a place that would be relaxing and a place where we could just unwind and not have to think about anything. I also wanted to go somewhere where I wouldn’t have to worry about safety. She hit the mark and then some. There was something for everyone in my family and the all inclusive that she picked for us was slow paced and not the kind of place where you have to get up and run to reserve a seat at the pool or beach. It wasn’t overly busy and the staff was amazing. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommended Susan to anyone who is looking to book a trip.

Being my first time to the West Coast ever, Susan did an amazing job making sure I got a total experience. The dining options she provided were spectacular, and she made sure I was able to spend time in different parts of Los Angeles including Malibu, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills.
