I have never worked with a travel agent before and am a bit of a control freak so I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing. I decided to give it a try because I wanted to have authentic experiences and recommendations from someone with more knowledge than myself and a personal experience in many European countries. Ciara was professional and made booking our excursions so easy and uncomplicated. She picked things based on our recommendations and all of the visits were perfect. The best part was she took care of all the small details that we might have overlooked in the chaos of planning. She let us know beforehand any documents we might need, if something might be cash only, not allowing large bags, types of shoes, etc, so we were always prepared! She texted us reminders and really made things run smoothly and stress free from behind the scenes. Next time we travel I will definitely put her in charge of every aspect of our trip!!

Ciara found us an awesome place in Branson that was perfect for our large group. She also sent us suggestions about what might be fun to do. We chose several things that we liked and she took care of getting all the tickets for us. That was a huge relief to me. Everything ran smoothly from accessing the house to attending all the fun things for which she got us tickets. Took all the stress out of planning the trip!
