Heather is so kind and patient. We met her from a friend who referred her to me. She created a Disneyland sweet 16 birthday trip for me and my daughters. When I looked into pricing on my own I was really surprised to see that not only is it NOT more expensive to use a great travel agent, but it SAVED me money. It was great to know I wasn't on my own while we traveled. There were no problems and we had the BEST time.

Heather was so easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted and gauged our experience with all our requests, even when we wanted to spend some time where our daughter who was going to school abroad. She was available during our trip to ask questions and followed up with us on all our transportation needs including car service. Her planning made our trip easy and enjoyable. All was taken care of so we could enjoy and explore without the stress of wondering where we were going next, who did we need to contact, etc. Her familiarity with Europe helped with acquiring trains, packing smartly, pointing out areas of interest while avoiding others. This was our first experience traveling internationally. Heather went above and beyond for the entire trip, from planning in the beginning ,to our flights that got delayed on the way home. She was always quick to respond by email, and text and always answered my calls and talked me through whatever questiona I had. Heather was phenomenal at getting my family of 10 ( 6 adults, 4 children) the best adjoining rooms on the concierge level of our 5 day cruise out of San Diego. Having the extra veranda space for the rooms was so nice to enjoy the view and the sunshine.

We have worked with Heather previously but this is the first cruise through her. I was just what we wanted. Unfortunately we had some changes a couple weeks prior but Heather took care of everything and made all the changes to our plans. There were no last minute issues or problems and I could tell from her texts Heather was tracking our flights and any other activities to make sure there were no problems. A very relaxing vacation - will definitely use Heather next time!

Heather got to know us by having a video interview prior to learn what the purpose of our travel, what we would like to see and do and what are our likes and dislikes. Heather used that information to put together a comprehensive package that made everything simple. Heather followed through continuously in the trip planning process to ensure we were completely satisfied. ALL items scheduled by Heather were seamless. Were they not, she made it clear she was available to assist. Heather is EXCEPTIONAL - I will definitely have Heather handle future travel plans and will recommend her to persons I know who are making travel plans.

We hired Heather Owen from Wow Travel Agency to plan our vacation to Greece. Unfortunately, we experienced several problems during our trip and we are very disappointed with the lack of care in arranging the trip.

For example on the schedule she provided it said that we had a catamaran day cruise that started at 2:45. But, our meeting time was actually 1:30 not 2:45.

When we finally got to Athens, we got into the car for ground transportation to the hotel. However, it took us to the wrong hotel.
I told Heather to make sure the hotel information was correct because the next ground transfer was from the hotel back to the airport. Sure enough the ground transfer back to the airport went to the wrong hotel, and we were stuck, waiting for about an hour and we would have missed our flight of the flight had not been delayed.

The reason we hired a travel agent was to avoid these “hiccups”. There were so many avoidable problems if they just paid attention to the details.
