We wanted to plan a Disney trip to celebrate the adoption of our son. It was a surprise for him, his first trip to Disneyland, and our first trip w/ a child. We'd been before, but needed this to be fun AND cost effective, since now we were going for 3...and since we'd just paid for an adoption :-) I met Lisa at an event where we were both vendors and I was SO excited to actually reach out and get the service I did. I gave her pretty tight parameters for what we could spend total for hotel and tickets, what we were looking for transportation wise, etc...she hit it OUT of the PARK!!!! Gave us many options, never once acted like I was being cheap or ridiculous (I don't know HOW many times I apologized LOL), and was available not only at time of purchase, but THE entire trip. I text her random questions and she answered EVERY time, usually w/in 10-15 minutes, no joke. In between purchase and the days we left, she sent endless but PRICELESS information that helped us be prepared and have the BEST FAMILY trip. We're forever thankful and truly will, always remember, this vacation, and how Lisa made it so very possible!!!

Lisa is a huge part of making this trip a lifetime of memories for my family!! Her involvement has made a stress free relaxed vacation that requires a lot of detail and organization. She has made sure deadlines were met and all our request were filled and provided a knowledgable opinion. She has met and exceeded all of our needs and wants.
