The first time was to Playa Mujeres for our destination wedding and this involved arranging flights/accomodations/and transportation for 60+ of our family and friends also. We started planning our wedding about two years in advance, and he helped us from the very beginning — starting with finding the perfect location that fit both our budget and our guests’ spending limits. Mitch helped coordinate our hotel block for our wedding in Playa Mujeres in early November 2025. He helped schedule a site visit trip, then the actual booking of all the rooms for the wedding itself. In the beginning of the process, Mitch and his team were very patient with me as I ask A LOT of questions. I wanted to make sure the resort we chose was going to be the best fit for our budget, our guests, the physical wedding (with package options), and customer service/communication during the planning process. We have used Trip Guy Travel for at over a dozen trips and I can say that they have all gone smoothly. From the time I contacted them up until the time I walked back into my home. They have always followed up with me about documents I needed to take and given me numbers to reach out to them if I needed anything while on my travels. My transfer from the hotel to my destination has always been spot on as well as my transportation back to the airport for our return flight. If I find a trip on line they usually can match or beat the price and give me a little something extra - like private transportation. I typically travel to all inclusives but they have been very instrumental in booking a cruise for me also. Their attention to detail still amazes me. They respond quickly any time I contact them. Mitch, TripGuy, and their staff, are amazing! They helped us plan our destination wedding in Cancun. First they provided a trove of information on so many hotels in Riviera Maya. The style, cost, pros/cons which allowed us make a decision. This process involved multiple calls as we were hesitant/scared to make the wrong decision but Mitch was patient, reassuring and helpful throughout it all. With his help we were able to choose Dreams Vista Cancun. Once the decision was made, Mitch and TripGuy reached out to the hotel and were able to get us an amazing price for ourselves and our guests. They then were able to help all our guests (100+) book their hotel and schedule their pick up, even the ones that were not the most comfortable with technology. Our pick up went amazingly, we were greeted with a limousine and had a great drive to the hotel. The wedding went amazingly and we are extremely happy and thankful for Mitch and TripGuy. We made the right choice choosing them!

We had a great time on our trip. Mitch was very helpful in guiding us to Hawaii as we had a few different location options we were looking at. He gave us good insight into each option and even gave us some other options to consider. He gave us great hotel recommendations and we loved everywhere that we stayed. We even got special accommodations at 2 hotels due to Mitch letting them know it was our honeymoon. He was also helpful in helping us decide on excursions and getting us info on each one. We did get some food type recommendations from Mitch, the only thing is there were no specific restaurant recommendations. Overall it was a great experience.

Mitch was fantastic to work as always especially in times of peril. We were supposed to travel to Jamaica the day Hurricane Beryl was scheduled to hit the island. We tasked Mitch with finding a top rated resort in and around Cancun. We had availed ourselves of Mitch’s services in the past and were never disappointed in the resorts he recommended. This time was no exception. The resort and its amenities were as he described-The Iberostar Grand and its sister resorts sit on some of the most beautiful and well kept grounds that I have ever encountered in that area. Simply gorgeous with the occasional peacock or pink flamingos wandering past you. The service at the Grand was top notch and included butlers who were always eager to accommodate your every need. The food at all the restaurants was very good, with the Venetian Italian being the best. Mitch took the time to secure reservations at each of the 4 specialty restaurants on 4 of the 6 nights we were there. Fortunately he did because the restaurants fill up fast and on the only available seating was for 8:30pm on the other days. We look forward to working with Mitch in the future.

I was very pleased with Trip Guy services in finding the right resort, with great rooms appropriate for families . Flights times he got were good (early morning leaving and afternoon return). He uses Lomas to/from airport to resort and the vehicles looked new, clean, a/c great, timely and appropriate for our families. Overall, Mitch got us a great family trip, with great flights, transfers, resort beach and pools, rooms, good food and good prices. We have used you before and we will again.

Working with Mitch was a great experience for our destination wedding! We coordinated the all-inclusive resort with 60 guests, our wedding, and our honeymoon!
