My name is Tiana Thompson. I have worked within the travel industry for over 20 years between couple different areas, airline, cruise line,  ground transportation and travel concierge. One thing I have noticed, years down the line; I enjoyed helping to make my clients travel experience a pleasant and memorable one whether they were traveling for business or pleasure. 

I have gained the extensive knowledge in the travel industry to help build that stress free and memorable vacation/trip. Working at the cruise line it gave me extensive knowledge to finding the right stateroom type that can give you the right accommodation to prevent motion sickness, added comfort, and prime location to fit your needs. Working at the airlines helped to give me the knowledge to airlines fees, policies, classes of service, and the many of destinations. Working for a ground transportation company gave me the insights to the many different types of transportation that are available and what added value they add to travel plans whether it is just one person traveling or a large group. Now working at as a travel concierge, it gave me a bigger aspect into the travel industry as it does put a restriction to what I assist with. As a travel concierge, it helped me to be well rounded into the travel industry. From the time you start your vacation, walking out your front door to the time that you return.

One thing I will vow to do, is to help you obtain that perfect trip and be there for you every step of the way. Even during, just in case there is a special dinner you want help with arranging or a show that you see is going to be playing.
