Amy did a wonderful job of organizing our dream Japan trip! She is extremely knowledgeable and recommended great tours to try. She made herself readily available for all of our questions and concerns and always got us the answers we needed in a timely manner. I specifically appreciate her hotel suggestions, they were affordable but wonderful!! Where we saved money there we were able to spend on tours. We did not need her emergency services but it did make me feel more relaxed knowing we had someone back home who could help us with anything. I also did this trip 20 weeks pregnant, so her assistance relieved a lot of stress.

Travel made easy and fun!!! Japan for 14days could definitely be overwhelming if you don’t know where to look. However, working with Amy and her team made travel easy as pie. I loved the activities we worked together on bookings and the options for hotel accommodation. We had some of the best breakfast food at our hotels. Our trip was great! I usually am a DIY travel planner because I enjoy the process, but for Japan I felt like I needed an expert to help me figure out the best plan, and I'm so glad I did because I'd probably still be here trying to plan it otherwise. Prior to our trip (this was our first trip out of the country with our boys!), I questioned whether a travel agent really made a difference to our planning. There was a lot we had to do ourselves for this trip because some of the harder to get reservations like Studio Ghibli. Was it really going to be worth the added cost of a travel agent? Now that we're back from our trip, I can confidently say I'm SO GLAD we had Amy book our trip! Our hotels were 10/10, perfect for kids, and met all our requirements for traveling with picky eaters (and our family member with allergies). I think part of why we had such a great trip were the hotels themselves! Our favorite was OMO7 in Osaka. Amy also found a great deal on flights which was much appreciated as a family of 4. Amy was a pleasure to have on board to help plan our 10 day trip to Japan. We were a group of 3 that had different interest but 1 main goal which was to see and experience as much of the big 3, Tokyo, Osaka & Kyoto. Not only did Amy have a kick off call to get an understanding of what our trip objectives were. Amy went above and beyond my expectations!! She did EVERYTHING for me and replied to any questions I had almost immediately. She even called my resort to handle a billing problem while she was traveling out of town with her kids! (which I felt horrible about)
My honeymoon was right around the time a hurricane hit and Amy was constantly checking on our flights to make sure nothing changed. She made my honeymoon so stress free and easy. We decided (last minute) that we wanted a quick 2-3 day getaway. We wanted to go south … but not more than a 3-4 hour drive. Amy gave us several suggestions … which were fantastic. She then was able to reserve a room for us at the very nice French Lick Springs Hotel. There was a small glitch with our room, but a quick message to Amy, and she was right on top of it.
