I would recommend Elizabeth without reservations. Our customized group trip to Australia and New Zealand was very well arranged and so was our trip to Poland, Czech Republic and Germany. She took care of all the details including dietary issues of couple of my fellow travelers.

Destination: Rome and Florence, Italy - 6 nights
This was my very first time traveling abroad and I knew I needed help arranging my travel plans. Elizabeth made the process smooth and stress-free. She's a travel planning wizard. I simply shared what I wanted to do and where I wanted to go and she did the rest. She demonstrated such patience with me by revising travel plans until we came to one that fit just right. I also appreciated that she communicated promptly and clearly to any of my questions or concerns.
