Punta Cana Xmas trip

We had a great time, who wouldn’t in warm weather. Only real issues were the kids being across the resort, and the fact that it was impossible to book reservations with any of the restaurants. I would try at 6am right when I woke up and it would say full, and you can only book out 2 days in advance. Would have loved to try the steak house or Italian restaurant

What started as a little getaway for just my sister and me turned into a multigenerational dream cruise in a Royal Suite on the Disney Magic, and Angie was there for us every step of the way! Angie was amazing and help me plan this trip from beginning to end. I've planned many cruises for my family over the years but I knew a Disney cruise would be out of my range due to my new responsibilities at work. She helped me put together the request email for my 130 day concierge email and sent it in on my behalf and was available to answer all my questions right up until the day we boarded. She helped me narrow down the type of room within concierge and what activities would be best for my children, especially for my one child with autism. We were so impressed with her detailed emails, knowledge, and friendliness as we planned a spring break Disney Cruise on the Dream. 1st time Royal Caribbean Cruise

We were looking for a spring break option without any Disney involved, and Angie was amazing giving us options. Angie gave us both land and sea options, and we decided to do a cruise. We were a little anxious booking our first cruise with Royal (after many Disney cruises), but decided to finally do it. Angie is an amazing planner- she helped us book a hotel prior to departure, gave us transportation options, and gave us options for different cruises on Royal as well. Our suite was amazing, and she even gave us advice on excursions. We were nervous being on such a large ship (Oasis), but everything she told us was absolutely true- you don't feel like its so crowded because the ship is so large, and having Sky Class/Concierge was also key to making it feel like the ship was smaller. She followed up pre and post cruise with us, to make sure everything went smoothly. She even forwarded us the email from the Concierge team prior to cruise, making sure that we received it. Angi

We had a marvelous cruise thanks to Angie (our tenth). We have never before had a travel agent as engaged in ensuring that our experience was as magical as possible. Our cruising party was very large (more than 24 passengers) and complex. Members of our group were all ages and experience levels with cruising. Disney Dream Mediterranean cruise 2023

Since we were planning on visiting multiple European countries for our trip, I wanted to make sure everything is in place. That’s where Angie came in. She was very knowledgeable with all the ports included in our cruise, as well as making suggestions on places we would like to explore on our own. She was even able to secure us a spot in an already sold out port excursion in Rome!

My husband was supposed to plan a trip for us, but didn't get it done. At the last minute he reached out to Angie and she was a lifesaver. She suggested three different trip options and, honestly, they all sounded great! She clearly thought about what we wanted out of the trip and things that we would find interesting.
