The purpose of the trip was to visit Germany for the first time and take my son to his first professional German soccer game in Munich to see Bayern Munich.

Fantastic European Family Summer Vacation

We had a general idea of the places we wanted to go and John was very accommodating. We travelled flawlessly by train and via public transport. John made it very easy (once we figured out the German train system, after several mixups trying to find our seats!) One of the highlights was watching the UEFA 2024 soccer tournament with thousands of other rabid soccer fans in Stuttgart at the Germany vs. Hungary match! Being of German heritage, it was amazing to see the regions where my ancestors originated from before they emigrated to America over 200 years ago. Highly recommend John for his in-depth knowledge of Germany and Austria.

A Fantastic Vacation

John arranged all of the travel for three couples to visit Italy and boy did John “knock it out of the park”! We were in Italy for two weeks and we just told John several of the cities we wanted to visit and he took it from there suggesting another city that would fit in with our schedule as well as some really great tours, museums, and a number of other must do things when you’re in Italy. The six of us could not have been happier with the planning done by John!
We had drivers waiting for us every day right on time and his knowledge of the country allowed us to be prepared for any little nuance that came up. He coordinated 100% of our transportation both to and from Italy and in country and handled getting tickets for all of the excursions that we enjoyed. He booked us for the right amount of time in each of the five cities we visited and left us the perfect amount of time in our schedules to do things on our own like explore the cities, eat, and shop.

John was able to keep our extended family in proximity to one another by finding eight rooms together in beautiful hotels in four different cities! Being together was a primary goal and John pulled it off for us. (I’m sure the Holy Spirit had something to do with it as well!). Thanks John!
