From our first phone call to all the text messages I bothered her with, Liz made our trip as magical as could be. She gave us undivided attention, always was available for any requests, and took the guess work out of planning! Her love and passion for all things Disney beamed brightly, even through the phone and I knew from that first chat that she was such a great fit for our family! From manoeuvring with travelling with our daughter (1 year old) for the first time, changing COVID restrictions, a hurricane that ripped through just days before we arrived, she always made us feel calm. She made sure we felt heard, she never made me feel badly for any question or concern I had and was so flexible when communicating for any need, allowing me to put my daughter to bed so that I could be fully present in the planning and conversing without my little one interrupting us! I couldn't thank you enough for helping me plan our very first Disney trip. Though I have to postpone the original plan due to pandemic, you were still there when I was ready to push it thru.
