I got started in the travel industry because I love planning trips, I love researching and exploring all that a destination has to offer.  As a Travel Consultant, I live and breathe travel, and keep up with the latest developments and opportunities, as well as invest in education and site inspections so I can experience an accurate perspective of a destination and recommend the right property or resort for your perfect vacation.  

Staying up-to-date on travel destinations and products is important to me. To that end, I've earned certifications as a River Cruise Specialist with Avalon Waterways, and AmaWaterways, Jordan Travel Specialist, a Bahamas Specialist, a G Adventures specialist, a Globus and Cosmos specialist and a National Geographic with G Adventures specialist. Of course, there's no substitute for seeing a hotel or a destination in person, so I try to take advantage of as many travel opportunities as possible.  

I live in southern Ontario with my husband and two sons. When I'm not working or traveling, I enjoy outdoor adventures like caving, kayaking, and hiking with my family.
