Dear Jacqueline, Wanted to thank you again for all your help rebooking my family’s trip. We made it in the nick of time to make the change and I so appreciate you working with me with so much kindness, compassion and speed to get on the phone with Sunwing and adjust my reservation. My mother’s health took a turn for the worse over the weekend and I would not have been able to go on our family’s original trip planned for March. As soon as I reached out to Jacqueline for support, she provided me with all the details and options to cancel/adjust my reservation, and then quickly sprung to action once my family and I chose the best option for us.
