Gosh, where to begin! What a trip! This was my first time getting to experience having a trip planned by a professional compared to DIYing it and IT WAS THE BEST. Caitlin made this trip effortless and much less stressful than I could have ever imagined. She has extensive experience traveling, and her recommendations are based both on personal ?experience and professional research. ? I work FT, am a FT student and am just BUSY in general. Having someone else do all the planning was incredible. This was the first time I’ve traveled out of the country in 17 years and my first time in Mexico. I felt safe, excited and can’t wait to go back!

I have depended on Caitlin to assist me in planning three trips. The first was a European trip with my daughter. The second, Caitlin was instrumental in helping my best college friend and me plan and execute our cruise. Since we live in different states and were splitting the cost, Caitlin had to manage the complex extra steps of coordinating air travel, invoice adjustments, and proper cabin layout. She was a great communicator with us and with Viking, assisting in a timely and professional manner. Caitlin was always available to answer questions, or help us plan excursions or book dinners. We had a great, stress-free experience. So much so, I am using her services again to plan another mother and daughter trip for next summer!

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE USED A TRAVEL AGENT TO BOOK A TRIP AND CAITLIN WAS AWESOME. SHE RESPONDED TO OUR INQUIRIES AND QUESTIONS VERY QUICKLY, THE WHOLE BOOKING PROCESS WAS VERY SIMPLE AND DETAILED, AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. WE WILL BE USING CAITLIN TO BOOK ALL OUR FUTURE TRIPS AS HER EXPERTISE LEVEL WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE.

This was the second time I booked with Caitlin and it was another successful trip! She's a natural at this and makes the process so easy. Our group was large and she was so organized in getting us a trip that worked for everyone and within our budgets! She had transportation coordinated, knew plenty about the area and had great access to the right people to book excursions. We couldn't have asked for a better trip and we owe that to her! Caitlin was wonderful in helping us plan and book our trip Cancún in February! It was our entire family’s first time traveling out of the country. Caitlyn is INCREDIBLE, the bomb! She researched so much for us in planning our future trip. She would send me options any time of day, day or night or weekend. I would highly recommend Caitlin. She helped us book flights and a hotel for a trip to San Francisco as well as helping us rent a vehicle. She promptly responded to each email and was willing to research/ find numerous options for our flight until we found one that satisfied our needs. Our hotel was great and it’s location was within walking distance to Pier 39. Caitlin texted us best wishes on our departure date and followed up with us after our return to ensure we had a good trip. She is very friendly, thorough and has great attention to the little details that may sometimes make or break a trip.

Caitlin was very determined to find us the perfect vacation. We contacted her and told her what we wanted and she found several options with different dates and times. She did not bombard us with emails and did not pressure us to decide one way or another. In fact, she kept looking for a better deal even after we had decided on a trip.
