Great trip! Antigua is beautiful with beautiful, friendly people! Only complaint is I wish we had known about the global mobile app. so we wouldn’t have had to wait in line for 2 hours at JFK customs when we arrived back! Very upsetting, it was a madhouse!

Cathy was great. She planned this trip for a large group coming from three different states all into Jamaica. We all arrived within and departed within an hour of each other. The hotel was amazing. Trip was booked through funjet with no complications at all. Cathy responds to emails quickly and answers all questions. I would not hesitate to use Cathy again.

The Best Honeymoon

Cathy was an excellent agent. She took care of all of the arrangements for my honeymoon from flights and helicopter rides to everything at the resort in St. Lucia. She was so easy to contact and assisted in anything and everything we wanted or needed. The best part is that Cathy had visited the Sandals Grande St. Lucia so she was able to provide us with all the ins and outs of the resort, activities, and restaurants. It was so nice to go on my honeymoon and not have to worry about a thing, just some relaxation! Thank you Cathy!

10 year Anniversary

The trip we'll never forget!

We have worked with several travel advisors in past years before trying Sunsational Vacations however no one has ever gone above and beyond to guide and assist in preparing a trip during unprecendented times like Cathy Jackson from Sunsational Vacations.
Our trip was originally scheduled for March of 2020 but postponed for a year due to Covid travel restrictions. Cathy handled all of the travel changes with the airlines and the resort. Rebooking everything necessary. Certain plans just couldn't be duplicated as before but somehow Cathy got it done. She also assisted us in preparing and completing government paperwork and Covid tests with the Covid results finally showing up 24 hrs before the flight. Amazingly we made the trip happen with Cathy's help. Thank you so much!

Cathy is amazing to work with. She was prompt in her responses while we were booking our trip and very helpful on advice while we were making decisions. She checked in before the trip with helpful information ahead of travel and provided direct contact information which we appreciated. Cathy also checked in during the trip. That level of attention to detail is fantastic. The resort was wonderful. Very clean and staff was fantastic. The resort is in a gated community so there was zero high pressured sales happening at the beach. We could relax and enjoy the resort without sales pitches or locals selling goods. No haggling, no one waking you up from a beach nap, and no time share sales pitches. Just what we were looking for.

I cannot say enough about the level of service I received from Cathy, my travel consultant. She helped me choose a destination and resort based on a long list of wants from my family (including two teenagers) and handled every detail thoroughly and seamlessly. The resort was exactly what we were hoping for: lovely accommodations and amenities, amazing food, and outstanding service. We could not have asked for more.

Cathy gave me a couple of options to choose from based on the given criteria. The most important thing was that a safe transportation service was booked to drive my sister and I to and from the airport. This was a big deal because being in a foreign country can be intimidating- especially with a language barrier. Cathy recommended “Mobile Passport” which sped up the process of returning to the U.S. and getting through immigration. So useful!!!

Throughout the planning stage for our trip to El Dorado Royale, I sometimes wondered if Cathy ever slept. This is because she would respond to our questions seemingly 24/7. I planned this trip to Punta Cana and was skeptical at first using a travel agent from the internet but Cathy put my fears to rest after speaking with her. She really know's her stuff. She is very knowledgeable about the places she recommends and many times she has been to the resort itself so she has first hand experience which is priceless. No stone is left unturned. It's the little things that really add up and make a difference. Such as having private transfers waiting for you at the airport when you land bypassing the shuttle buses that stop at every resort which delays you getting to your resort. Also, giving us tips to speed up the arrival process after you land bypassing a lot of lines. I will definitely be using Sunsational vacations for my next trip!

My husband and I love to travel but are not very experienced with it. We told Cathy what we were wanting in a vacation and she recommended a Secrets resort in Punta Cana. It was amazing! And everything worked even better than we had planned! Cathy even got us upgraded to the preferred section! We have worked with other travel agents in the past and as soon as the trip got booked we were no longer a priority. It was not like that at all with Cathy. She helped with any questions we had and was always available. I would highly recommend booking your next vacation with her! We will never use another agent other than Cathy.

40-year Anniversary Vacation - Perfect and Easy Pl

Cathy made planning our 40th-anniversary trip to Hawaii so easy. Before finding Cathy we spent many frustrating hours with a local travel agent, almost giving up on this trip. I found Cathy online through Travel Leaders. The first time we spoke, she heard what we were looking for. She applied her expertise and knowledge of Maui & Kauai and created a lovely 40th-anniversary vacation for us. And, I think within 24 hours! Cathy was patient and replied very quickly to all questions. We could not be more pleased.
We are so excited to go on our trip and try many of the activities she suggested. Before talking with Cathy I questioned why we were spending so much money to sit on a beach. Now, we just can't wait to experience these islands once again 40 years later with a whole new perspective.
This wonderful Maui & Kauai vacation package she put together for us will make our experience very special. I highly recommend Cathy Jackson!

Planned my first trip to the Caribbean and my agent Cathy could not have made the entire process any more seamless!! From finding the right Villa to stay in to arranging airline and car reservations, she made the process so easy. Our experience with Cathy Jackson has been phenomenal!! Cathy booked our trip to St. Martin recently. It was the trip of our lives. We rented a villa, it was the best trip we have ever been on.
