She held a Zoom call with our whole family to explain our first Disney cruise and recommended the new Disney ship Destiny. When I became concerned about mobility issues late in the process, she promptly arranged for an accessible cabin—even while on vacation—which made a big difference for me. She is very professional and friendly and would use her for our next cruising adventure.

I can’t thank Laura enough. We booked a huge family trip to celebrate my son graduating boot camp and when he got his orders and was no longer able to make the trip, she made the pivot completely painless. I was devastated he couldn’t come, but everything she did took every second of possible worry on trip planning off of my plate. Completely above and beyond. The trip itself started as just a cruise and with Laura’s guidance, it became a trip our younger kids will never forget. She thought of everything. We will be reaching out again for the next one!
