Let me say this upfront, I’m not big on change. I still have my High School job, I’m married to my High School Sweetheart, I still listen to Grateful Dead and I still believe that providing great service is the key to success, and all of these instilled in me in the early 80’s.
I’m being a little facetious about “change”, there are few other industries that have evolved and changed as much as the travel industry... or have had as many casualties.
