Theresa was professional in every aspect of the trip. We had a group of eleven ladies. She made each one of us a personal emergency bag with bandaids, antacids, headache medications, scrunchies for our hair, mints, gum, bug spray etc to welcome us. My friend and I were celebrating our 65th birthdays and she has roses, strawberries, balloons and champagne sent to our room. She made reservations every night for dinner, helped to get us great areas around the pool daily. One day it rained so she let us know Rainy day activities and we all met and had a great time even though we had to change original plans. Truly made us feel like we were the only clients on her radar. One thing she did for me personally was give us a pool side spa treatment she has scheduled to help me find an item I had misplaced. When I realized I had misplaced it she directed me to a way a help locate my item and I went on my way merrily hoping to find it never thinking of her coming to help me. In just a few minutes here she comes and it wasn't until after we found my item that I later found out what she gave up. She never lost her patience with me, never mentioned what she was missing to be there and help me. Her concern was helping me. That is going above and beyond and for someone she had only met a few days earlier. She is committed to excellence and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to assist them with any travel needs.

From the beginning, Theresa had a plan for the trip, letting us put down the deposit and make payments. by the time the trip came, everything was paid for. We all arrived from the airport at the same time. She made all the dinner reservations. It was an absolute fantastic trip. Best time. Laughed so much. Made new friendships. Didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go again on the next trip.

Our family vacation was amazing. We traveled with our teens who wanted off- the- beaten- party experiences that were adventurous. We definitely got that! Snowmobiling on a glacier, hiking in an ice cave, a tour in a lava tunnel were some highlights to the trip. The only thing we wanted was to stay longer.

My husband & I were pretty late with planning on an anniversary trip, and wanted to go to an adult’s only, all inclusive resort. Theresa was so helpful and patient with us as we talked through and decided on our plans; and her knowledge of the various resorts was really helpful to us. Her emails, confirmations, and follow-up were really great as well. She also has a nice, friendly touch to all her interactions :)

We had a 12 day trip planned to Ireland and Scotland! The only direction I gave was “we like castles and food” an action packed historical adventure was booked! The trip was so fun and easy to follow all the bookings. Our hotels were gorgeous and we loved the towns, had little touches like a horse drawn carriage ride

I just got back from a girls trip to Mexico! The trip was planned on very short notice and if we did not have Theresa we likely would have had to miss our annual girls trip due to poor planning on our end. We got to relax and party and eat some of the best resort food I have had. We felt safe in the shuttles she booked for us and had the best time. Everything came in under budget. She is going to be booking all our vacations moving forward.

Theresa is awesome! Very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy on planning your best trip experience. Theresa is very easy to work with and very detail oriented. I will leaving in a couple of days to Costa Rica planned by Theresa and I am expecting nothing but the best experience again!
