Lisa did a fabulous job from planning our cruise to updates during the trip. We had a party of 7 and Lisa took care of all of the issues that we had. Our United flight was delayed 2 hours due to a missing part and United lost our luggage at the airport before we even got on the plane! I texted Lisa and she contacted our hotel to advise we would arrive at 1 am instead of 1pm and also our pre-arranged airport travel. She assisted with our on board activities and excursions. Lisa contacted Disney when all 3 of our rooms flooded and took care of everything. She took our stress away and created a wonderful cruise and travel experience! We are currently booking our next trip with Lisa on the Disney Treasure spring break week 2025 to the Virgin Islands. My family and I are all so appreciative of everything you did for us and continue to do for us on our next cruise!
