Lisa did a great job planning a cruise for 15 people. She got all our rooms together, set up some meals for us all to eat together, helped book a hotel before/after the cruise and answered tons of questions!

Lisa was a great travel agent. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an efficient agent that is always looking out for your best interest. If you have a question she is prompt with a response. She is top notch!! Loved her!!!

Our experience working with Lisa was nothing short of amazing! She was with us every step of the way, from the minute we contacted her inquiring about this trip, to the minute we landed back home. We had a schedule change on our cruise due to weather which meant we weren't going to one of the ports. This was our first international cruise. Lisa was very helpful to us in our planning transport from a London stay to the Southampton cruise port and return to Heathrow from Southampton. Throughout the planning process, my husband had many, many, many concerns and questions and she graciously answered every question in detail and provided resources which resulted in solutions. We are planning a fall cruise and will reach out to Lisa to help us with another great adventure.

The cruise was great! Food was excellent and entertainment was good. Our room service guy and restaurant waiter were great too!

Lisa did a phenomenal job planning our cruise with Royal Caribbean. Live Aqua in Punta Cana was a very nice all inclusive. Weather was great, accomodations were great......what can I say everything was great! Lisa always plans the best vacations for us. Would totally recommend her if you are looking for a well planned, organized trip with all the i's dotted and the t's crossed.

First...if you're not using a travel agent to book vacations, you should be, second...if you're not using LISA then you're missing out. Second time we've trusted her with our family vacation, and she never dissapoints. Actually feel like she not only takes pride in what shes doing, but she goes above and beyond! Our trip was great...communication was always quick, and relevant, and concise. She helped answer all my questions, even the dumb ones I asked. Our cruise was amazing, large part thanks to Lisa. She kept an eye on process, and at one point found a cheaper price after we booked and adjusted our trip! She really is amazing Already working up prices for upcoming vacations. She even sent us some goodies to our cabin! Ill refer her to all my friends and followers....cant thank her enough

Lisa helped us plan our first family trip to Disney World. She took care of all of the details. She is knowledgeable on the passes and options, strollers, dining, etc. It was great! She kept ahead of us with reminders for booking lightning passes and all the things we needed to know. Highly recommended!

I don’t have enough positive things to say about our experience with Lisa. What a difference having an experienced travel agent makes! I have planned most of our family vacations in the past. It is a lot of work, and very stressful at times. Lisa took away all of the stress, and all we had to do was worry about getting to our destination. Lisa sent reminders on what needed to be done before our departure, and offered so many helpful tips along the way. We felt confident traveling, and it was such a relief to know that Lisa was just a message or phone call away. Lisa was always so quick to respond if we had any questions or ran into any problems. Our vacation was wonderful (outside of some sickness with our kids- one of them became sick on the flight to our destination, so this was not at all the fault of the resort.). We would love to return to Cabo again to actually leave the resort and do some exploring. There are so many fun looking things to do: the Arch, camel rides, snorkeling, pirate ships. We would love to be able to experience this all in the future. The resort we stayed at, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, was gorgeous! The views were amazing and the food was by far the best all inclusive food and drink that we have experienced. It is built into the side of a cliff, so be prepared for a lot of uphill and winding walks, unless you would prefer to use their golf cart shuttle service. There were many restaurants to choose from, and they had a large room service menu as well. This resort also had 5 pools. One of them, the “Sky Pool”, was situated at the highest point of the resort. The views were breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed our suite, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing below us every night. The coast of this resort reminded me of Big Sur, California. Swimming was not all allowed due to the dangerous rip currents, but the views were dramatic and gorgeous.

We had a wonderful experience with Lisa Barnes. She was quick to answer questions and if she couldn't got back to us in a timely manner. She walked us through each step of the trip and even had us download an app that told us what happened on the given day with extra information when we traveling on our own. Alaska was filled with lots of experiences and we did have one adventure canceled due to weather. Lisa responded with our questions quickly and we all received a full refund. I would highly recommend her.

We did a 7 day cruise to Alaska and then a 9 day land trip. It was an amazing vacation and we credit Lisa for that. She is a great travel agent. From start to finish she was thorough, efficient, and well organized. If we had a question she would get back to us with an answer.....and usually within a day!! Lisa is SO organized and takes care of her customers from the moment they sign up until the moment they return from their trip. We appreciated her flexibility when booking our flights, as we decided to change arrival cities and Lisa accommodated us easily. While on our trip, was so helpful knowing Lisa was there to answer any questions that came up. She even checked us in on our flights and made sure the boarding passes were sent to us the night before flying to the next destination! Excellent service!

We went to Atlantis Bahamas, and Lisa helped us get SOOOOO many perks. Before we even travelled, Lisa really dived in and worked very hard to find us the right vacation. She did a tremendous amount of quotes. From there, once we decided on Atlantis, she found us a fantastic package that gave us literally over a thousand dollars of resort credit. As a result, we were able to get some fantastic extra fun in (dolphin and sea lion swims). In addition, she got us free breakfasts (including room service). When we got to the resort, as a surprise, we got an additional $100 of credit AND we had access to a VIP concierge. I typically do value vacations, but Lisa found a way to turn a very expensive vacation into a value vacation. I 100% recommend.

Lisa was great in helping us find a large family ocean view room on our cruise. It was a unique room, far off the beaten track. We ended up more comfortable in that room than a more expensive junior suite! She always does what it takes to make us comfortable and gets lots of extras on the trip!

Lisa helped us plan a 2-week trip to New Zealand, where we were traveled throughout both the north and south islands. We learned about the Maori culture in various ways; we especially enjoyed having a native Maori guide! We also took in the variety of scenery throughout the country, from the tropical feel of the Bay of Islands to the glaciers and fjords of Milford Sound.
