From day one Monique was always open with communication about the things going on. Whether it pertained to doing things with the resort or getting business done with her i.e (contracts and things). I never felt left in the dark about things and she was always quick to respond to any questions/ concerns. Even if they were answered 1,000 times already. I have said it once and i will say it again, without Monique, we would not have made this trip.

Monique was absolutely incredible! She was so thorough and consistent, but especially PATIENT!!! We made so many changes to the trip itself and had so many bumps on our end but Monique was always kind and had great tips. She helped me with the process with getting our passports and answered the millions of questions I tossed her way! Universal Studios was amazing and easy to navigate with the help of Monique.My gf and I ventured off after doing Disney with family for a graduation, and had never been. We were able to ride just about everything in both parks, directed to food worth it and taught to avoid what wasn't, shown great spots for photos just like one would do in Disney, and overall had an amazing time. We know we will visit again when Epic Universe opens, will want to check out their hotels, so will definitely come back to Monique.

Monique was great. She responded back quickly. I used her for recommendations for areas to stay in Puerto Rico and things to do, especially for kids. All of her recommendations were budget friendly and very helpful. We stayed in Carolina in an Air bnb with the beach in our backyard. The weather was perfect everyday. We visited old San Juan, and the children’s museum. I would love to go back to visit the lagoon, and experience the excursions.
