Tina was such a gem to work with! She was patient, informative, and very helpful from the beginning. My husband I went on our honeymoon trip to Bali and Thailand and Tina made this trip so effortless for us. She asked us what in particular we wanted to do and planned each day out to the way we wanted it. During the planning process, Tina was always available to answer our questions and jump on a call. Even during our trip, I got sick and had to skip one day full of events. We emailed Tina and she helped guide us right away. Working with Tina has truly been amazing and I don’t think we would have been able to make our honeymoon happen without Tina’s expertise!

The resort was perfect for us for our 20th anniversary, including the vow renewal ceremony. Tina took our requests and booked us a hotel that fit our needs. She also had great suggestions for things to do and places to see. The whole trip went smoothly!!!

This was my first river boat cruise and I would highly recommend it to all. We were on an Avalon boat. The food and staff could not have been nicer. And I gained 5 lbs Tina did an excellent job getting me there and home. Thank you Tina for making this trip possible

Tina and I spoke via phone to discuss and understand the vacation we were looking for. After that call, she booked everything we needed. Flights, adults only all inclusive resort, Atlantis Day Pass, shuttles. The entire experience was phenomenal!!!

Tina Valdez did a great job in all aspects of the trip. She was along on the trip, she provided excellent assistance during the trip and on the tours. Tina promptly responded to all phoned calls , texts and emails to answer questions. In addition, she arranged for the location for a final meeting prior to go over the trip and answer questions and provided each with a individual booklet with addition travel information. Discovered that were couldn’t check in 24 hours prior to travel. Tina helped resolve this with the airlines at the airport. •During the tours and excursions, especially in the very crowded areas in the narrow streets, she made sure that the group could stay together and no one was left behind. • Tina and her husband would help individuals that needed help walking in areas. • Tina would check on individuals to see how they were doing or if they were feeling OK. • At times, when individuals needed help with an app on their cell phone, she would immediately step in to help

Tina was hands on with everything about our trip, via GlobusTours. Always getting an answer when she wasn’t sure. Kept us informed and monthly billing was on top of it. Lots of work to keep up with 26 of us. But she did and she was a delight to work with.

This was my second trip with Experience Travelin. Tina communicated well. She made sure travel documents were in order, financial accounting was frequently updated, and even provided zoom and in-person meetings. I felt well prepared for my trip and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The Globus tour guides were amazing- I learned so much! The "icing on the cake" was a bus load of fun, interesting people. Such a great trip!

I've been to Peru in 2022 and now to Spain, Portugal and Morocco in 2025 and have a trip scheduled with Tina to Alaska in 2026. She helps make the trips affordable but full of adventure. Tina is excellent about keeping us informed and send updates frequently. I strongly recommend Tina and her agency!!

The tour was well planned to include a diversity of scheduled stops and with a variety of optional excursions. Travel preparation and logistics communicated by the agent were on point. In addition the currency of relevant information communicated by the agent during the trip were invaluable to staying informed.

It was a little much for me some days but I managed to keep up. I will take senior trips in the future with more rest time.

Tina was fabulous and checked in with us through out our trip. Any questions we had were answered promptly and correctly.

She's managed to get us on the cruise we want and the kind of stateroom we want.

Tin provided a detailed itinerary, booked airfare, beautiful accommodations and experienced guides. She responded quickly to my questions/concerns and was helpful with currency exchange and shopping . It was a pleasure spending time with Tina and her son.

Our Hawaii trip was fantastic! We were really looking forward to going to Hawaii but we're overwhelmed by the potential options and information we found. Tina helped make sense of it all and planned a trip for us that included everything we were looking for. Our vacation exceeded our expectations, and every tour and program Tina chose for us was really superb.

THE BEST TIME!!!!! Thank you for the email! We had a wonderful trip…everything from our flights to the accommodations and the many drinks in between(!) was perfect-o!!!! We all considered our stay a 5 Star! We would highly recommend the resort, especially the adult side! The family side was crazy active with loads of families (as you can imagine). La Perla was wonderful; the rooms were amazing! The girls had an upgrade due to Jr. Suites being full. They enjoyed a 2 room suite on the top floor, smack dab in the middle so their view was THE BEST (overlooked the pool & ocean) and they enjoyed their hot tub each night under the stars!!!! We had a wonderful room on the top floor ( a little ways from the girls, but not bad) which looked to the side but had a descent view of the ocean. The food was phenomenal, however the only night we didn’t care for our meal was the Mexican food restaurant. It was on the Family side and the staff wasn’t quite as “polished” and the food was nothing to write home about. That was our only negative! The beach was OK, loads of seaweed, but we still had a great time. We did paddle boarding and kayaks that were free from the resort! Once we got past the brown seaweed, the water was crystal clear. This property is the closest property to Downtown Playa (another plus!). Very convenient and only about a 5 minute cab ride! We went and strolled 5th Ave. one afternoon. We went on a Mayan Jungle tour which was a blast! We propelled down into a cave, snorkeled in the cave, zip lined and hiked up to an amazing traditional Mayan Family-Style meal…OH MY GOSH….it was heaven in our mouth! You were so helpful and we appreciate all your hard work making this trip happen! We already have a few places in mind. Thanks again for everything! We would HIGHLY recommend this resort as well as using you to help us with our travel needs! We “toasted” you MANY TIMES!!!! HaHa

We have used Tina several years now for our cruise vacations and she is wonderful. She has great ideas and excellent follow up. I can save "stressing out" for what to pack and not have to worry about anything else. We would highly recommend Tina!

Tina planned my neice's wedding at the Couples Tower Island Resort in Jamaica and made the arrangements for those going to the wedding as well. It was a perfect place for the wedding and an island getaway! Everything about the trip from the plane reservations to the hotel accommodations to the wedding and the inclusive activities at the hotel were terrific.
