While in London, she found us an amazing food tour of the market. She got us the transfer to Bath for another few days and the stay at the Royal Crescent Hotel. We had an amazing private full day tour of the Cotswolds. On checkout day, we had another private transfer from the hotel to the cruise terminal via a stop at Stonehenge. Kate was wonderful to work with to plan our honeymoon, from our initial phone call to ironing out our exact itinerary. She made sure everything was well arranged for us ahead of time, from transport between hotels to daytime excursions, so that we could fully relax and not have to worry about coordinating ourselves. Tour pickups were timely and we really valued the chance to learn from the local guides about their country and its amazing geography and wildlife.

Kate really listened and understood what we were looking for in our destinations and tours, and we had a blast at all of them. Additionally, the lodging she recommended for us was consistently stunning. As lovers of the local fare (rice, beans, fresh produce), we felt the food was outstanding. Our only piece of feedback would be to provide a bit more detail on what to expect during the tours (i.e. exact length, order of activities, estimated number of people in the group), but we understand that this can be hard to predict.

The West Bay Club resort was wonderful and had a great boutique-y feel with very friendly and helpful staff. Some of the larger resorts in the Grace Bay area weren't really a fit for our taste. West Bay Club was just the right size, and our 2 bedroom villa was both practical and very nicely appointed.

The bucket list trip of a lifetime with my wife and daughters to celebrate her special birthday. We had worked with Kate on several other memorable trips . The trips have always been terrific and without issue. I worked with Kate who concurrently worked with an established DM firm on this Japan trip to pull together all the amazing and time consuming details necessary to make this trip extra special. Without warning and after being fully planned and paid directly by us the DM firm abruptly shuttered their doors and became silent. We learned that no payments had ever been forwarded to the Japanese firms who would deliver the on ground services. Kate became Super-Kate. She immediately did all of the research necessary to help us restore our financial loss. She found a way to work directly with the in Japan supplier to restore their trust, and exactly rebuild the trip. We spent 2 days in Paris, Kate picked a lovely hotel with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower. On to Normandy, Kate arranged great tours of the beaches , Mont St. Michel and taps at the cemetery. The 2 chateaus we stayed at were lovely. All of her restaurant recommendations were fantastic. Kate is a pleasure to work with and we love her print out of the itinerary to keep us on track!

Our trip was amazing! It was not lost on us how hard Kate worked to provide a great travelling experience. She thought of everything! This was a cruise we booked a year before COVID. It was cancelled. Viking kept a certain amount to be carried over to the next cruise. One day she calls to let us know we still have the credit. We had forgotten about it. We booked a similar cruise. Started in Denmark for a few days and then on to a Baltic Sea Cruise. Every detail was taken care of by Kate and I did not have any worries. Reminders when deposits or final payments were do in plenty of time. Extra Hotel was well thought out for location and price. It made for a carefree, wonderful trip.

Kate designed a fabulous 12-day trip for us to Italy. In addition to seeing the sights in Florence, Tuscany, Rome and Pompeii, we took a side-trip to the remote town of Gamberale to visit distant relatives whom we'd never met. This was a true highlight of the trip. We ended our vacation with 3 relaxing days in Positano on the gorgeous Amalfi Coast. Throughout the trip, our hotels were perfectly located, our guides were knowledgeable, and our drivers were terrific. Every detail was expertly handled and the entire trip flowed flawlessly. If trying to save a few dollars when taking the kids to a resort or over seas etc she has great suggestions. As a busy working Mom, it was difficult for me to make the time to properly research the overwhelming Disney experience. Friends of mine have spent months/ even years researching and planning their Disney trips and I just didn't have the time so thought to reach out to Kate. I expressed to her that I wanted the trip to be Toddler friendly, and as "easy" as possible for us. Kate made everything from the flights, travel connections, hotel and activity reservations EASY and SEAMLESS! She also gave me a "Disney 101" education. Everything I needed to know, she taught me :) We had only one minor glitch in our airport transfer that had NOTHING to do with Kate, and she went above and beyond to reach out to that vendor to not only express our frustration but to have our entire cost refunded for the service. Bottom line- Kate is knowledgeable, VERY responsive, and truly cares about her clients and the level of satisfaction they receive. On short notice, Kate successfully arranged our custom two-week family trip for four to Japan. Her contacts with detailed knowledge of the country, practices, and culture were imperative to our trip's running smoothly. She connected us with an agent that had detailed experiences and contacts in Japan. The trip included hotels, bullet train transportation, English-speaking drivers and guides, custom private tours, special experiences (e.g., a tea ceremony, the Tokyo fish market, and a Japanese cooking class), an English-speaking contact in Japan, and even advanced restaurant reservations at high-end establishments. Everything went flawlessly because of all the attention to even the smallest details.

My wife and I owe everything to Kate for putting together such an amazing honeymoon in Saint Lucia! Throughout the entire planning process, she was incredibly patient with us as we overloaded her with potential destinations we were curious about. We eventually booked Saint Lucia in May 2016 for a September honeymoon - Kate set us up with the right flights, arranged for our transportation on the island, and booked us at two wonderful resorts (one more intimate/romantic; the other a smaller all inclusive). It was everything we wanted that fit our interests and, of course, budget. And so it wasn't until the night before our 6 am departure (as I was checking us in online) that I realized my passport had expired 6 days prior.....sure enough, Kate was there to save us! She was on the phone with me that night (about 10:30 pm) to figure out a revised game plan. Within 24 hours she managed to preserve our entire honeymoon package by moving our departure out 4 days, allowing me to renew my passport and re book our flights (Delta miraculously gave me a 100% refund without penalty). Had this happened without Kate as our travel agent, I don't think we ever would have gotten to Saint Lucia. Kate, you're the best - thank you for setting Anita and I up with such a memorable honeymoon (we know you went above and beyond)!! We'll most definitely be in touch when we plan our next trip!

Kate booked us an amazing trip to Italy. She was easy to work with and extremely responsive to all our questions. We started our trip in Rome, then a week in an incredible villa in Tuscany we then ventured to Venice and Stresa where we spent another week on Lake Maggiore. Forget about Lake Como and let Kate take you to Stresa what a beautiful place. Everywhere we went was amazing, her recommendations, were just what we liked. She really listens to your needs to get you to the best places. The transfers & car rentals were so reliable that in itself was unbelievable. We didn't have to think of a thing. Kate got us an english speaking GPS and an Italian cell phone to make calls to make reservations at restaurants or if we were walking around a city and were lost we had someone to help us. Kate was soooo good that we have booked another trip with her for next year, this time a cruise to the Baltics and I am entrusting her with my son and future daughter in law. She has booked their honeymoon and they have never been out of the country and I know they will get to everywhere they are going with ease. Thank you Kate you truly are the best!

All was wonderful. Kate was easy to work with, had all our documents ready for us and went through 'what to expect' on our first cruise. She made recommendations for dining, and took the extra steps to ensure our family had a positive experience!

We wanted a fun, interesting as well as relaxing vacation this year and wanted it too be in Portugal, a place where we never had visited. We stayed at a great location in Lisbon- Pestana Pousada. Not only was the hotel and staff first class, the location could not have been better. Kate had recommended some day trips and, although we did no book them ahead of time because of medical issues, in retrospect, we wish we had. We also rented a car and drive to the Algarve for several days. There was a little snafu at the car rental with the company itself but we contacted Kate and she was very responsive. Kate booked us in a great location in the Algarve. We returned for one day to Lisbon and stayed at another Pestana- the Palacio-- exceptional choice! We have used Kate for several European trips,?inclyding our honeymoon, and every trip has been ideal!

Kate worked with me for almost a year to ensure I had the perfect bachelorette party. After discussing our group's budget and areas of interest, she came up with a few all-inclusives she felt would best suit our needs. We then worked together and agreed Breathless Rivera Cancun would be the perfect spot....and it was! The Resort was incredible and had everything we were looking for. Prior to leaving, Kate provided us with a booklet listing all of our trip's confirmation details. She also sent reminder emails to ensure we had everything we needed for international travel. When we returned, she also reached out to see how everything was. From start to finish she was kind, professional and efficient. We have been using Kate's travel planning services for about 4 years. We have taken several trips, some with our daughters (18 & 26) and some alone with just my wife and I. The travel has been to Western and Eastern Europe and into the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean. When planning travel and tours with Kate to places where she has travelled, and experienced activities there; she is amazing! All has been right on target for our style and caliber of travel. The 1 and only cruise was also excellent. When Kate has not personally traveled to a location or done certain location/tour activities, she relies on a professional Supplier/Broker with whom she has a business relationship to recommend tours and lodging. Our experience in this area with Kate has been reasonably good. All in all Kate is a high caliber travel professional and has provided services to us at that level.

Moshe found us a romantic resort and a great room that fit our budget. She even got us a credit at the resort which was great! She gave us plenty of international travel tips and safety information.
