The most memorable trip to Italy ever!

Jennie helped my family (my husband and both our parents) schedule the most memorable trip to Italy! We traveled to many cities (Venice, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Florence, Tuscany, and Rome). I had little knowledge of Italy and what to expect. Jennie was there to answer all questions, big and small, and help us come up with the best itinerary where we were able to maximum our time at each destination. The trip went off without a hitch! We were able to go on food and wine walking tours, see the Duomo in Florence and complete Brunelleschi’s dome climb, take a gondola ride, tour Tuscany wineries, have a private tour of Cinque Terre including a ferry ride, saw the Colosseum, Vatican City, etc. To name a few!!! Jennie helped us plan ALL of this, and put all of our tours, tickets, etc. into an app was very user friendly and convenient. If you need help planning your Italy vacation, Jennie is your contact!!! I have already given her name to friends and colleagues!

Italian Adventure

From the very beginning, I found Jennie always willing to help with any of my questions. Since I had never traveled on a tour, there were a lot more forms to fill out but Jennie helped me through each issue I had and the end result was being able to enjoy a great tour. Gorgeous scenery! Honestly, one could throw a dart anywhere on a map of Italy and not go wrong. Jennie offered great navigation assistance to get from point A to point B and beyond. Beautiful and unique accommodations in Naples and near Sorrento, Italy. Varied activities included tours of a lemon/olive farm with a view of Mt. Vesuvius, a guided tour of Pompeii, hiking the Path of the Gods, visiting noted 13h Century villas, and a spectacular private boat to the Isle of Capri! Would do it again! I had never availed myself of a travel agent. In this everything on-line age, I indeed discounted the benefit of one. Ms Brewster (Jennie) facilitated our process tremendously. Of course, there are things which only the traveler is responsible for, preferences, document provision, etc., but Jennie was there as both a manager and an assistant. She was so responsive, even when she herself was on vacation and took the "Have I forgotten to attend to something?" concern out of the mix. Lest I become verbose here, I will conclude by saying Jennie alleviated usual anxieties and the trip was a bomb!

Amazing Icelandic adventure

She offered options so we could choose our accommodations (all fantastic) and gave us tips about travel. Jennifer was so wonderful to work with. She took the time to understand our travel expectations, budget, and bucket list. We received so many helpful travel tips that it reduced a lot of front end stress. Jennifer proposed several options for accommodations in each city and we thought the choices we stayed at were perfect. We don’t book group tours but did so at Jennifer’s suggestion. The tours we selected (with Jennifer’s help) were so enjoyable and absolutely enhanced our trip. We had an absolutely fantastic trip.

Fantastic voyage

Jennie is a pleasure to work with. This trip was an option given by her and it was fabulous. She expertly composed and executed a plan and was always available to answer our questions and notify us of all necessary documents and required logistics. She planned pre and post cruise accommodations and transfers in which we were very pleased. In addition the itinerary travel app she prepared included every daily detail and additional info about each city was a great resource and even worked offline. She even notified us abroad about a flight delay and actions to take if it effected our connections. We recommend her highly and will most certainly use her services for our next adventure.

Kicking off my 40th in Spain

I wanted to go to Spain with my friends to mark the beginning of my 40th bday celebration but I knew that my friends and I didn't have the bandwidth to do the research and worry about the little and big things that comes with planning a European trip. A friend of mine gave me Jennie's name and encouraged me to work with her to plan my trip. This was the first time that we used a travel agent to plan a trip and using Jennie was the best decision that we made. She made the planning process so easy that we were able to enjoy the trip (both before and during the trip). She really listened to what we wanted for this trip and presented us with options that suited what we wanted. In addition, she was very responsive when we sent her emails and/or text message with questions and concerns. The trip which involved going to Madrid, Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, and Barcelona was fabulous. I will definitely use her again to plan my next trip and recommend her to my family and friends

From our initial contact Jennie was helpful with answering questions and supplying info. She even contacted our hotel to confirm what we would do about having to checkout in the early morning hours. Jennie is very professional and accommodating. She took all the stress out of planning our vacation to Mexico. She did a ton of research and provided us with some amazing options all within our budget! I remember seeing the options and asking, “These is amazing; are you sure this is the right price?!” Once we narrowed the resorts down, she did additional research. Making travel plans can be very harrowing, but one can rest easy with the help that Verdant World Travels provide.
My husband and I just came back from our first trip to Europe. We had a wonderful time thanks to the guide that Jennie provided us.
