We started planning our family Disney trip with Brandi back in the spring of 2024 when the trip felt like so far away...we just returned home this past Saturday from the Best. Trip. Ever. From start to finish, Brandi was the best. She helped us pick our resort (POFQ...incredible!), applied discounts after booking, booked all of our enchanting extras and dinner reservations (saving us from the 6am wakeup to do it ourselves!), gave countless recommendations on stroller rentals, lightning lanes, and more! Her wealth of information was essential in the success of our trip. I won't go on vacation without her help...ever! Thank you Brandi for an incredible experience! Counting down the days until our return to Disney World.

It has been a pleasure working with Brandi! We decided to change the date of our wedding with only 3 weeks to plan and asked Brandi to assist with helping us find a location for our honeymoon and she delivered above and beyond service. We provided her with our budget and she provided multiple options. We decided to go somewhere neither of us have been, Sandles, Royal Plantation, Ocho Rios, Jamaica! It did not disappoint with personal transportation to and from the airport with butler service from the room all the way to the beach. We had personalized service everywhere we went along with a phone to call our butler with any questions or requests. Unfortunately our honeymoon started off a little rough with my husband being sick with food poisoning (not from the resort) from the dinner we had before leaving for our flight. We decided to extend an extra day and Brandi was able to change or flights and work with the resort to stay an extra night, in our current room. We were nervous to trav

After many failed attempts to get a travel agent who could put together the package that we desired for our trip to Italy, we stumbled upon Brandi. Not only did she take time to listen to all our requests, she was responsive and helpful in helping us make changes as we went through the process (and we had a TON of questions). As our trip had a lot of activities and cities, including transportation, having an agent who could help us streamline it all was a huge benefit in creating a magical trip. Brandi is an absolute gem. She booked my 10 day Europe vacation for me - including Disneyland Paris tickets/hotel, 7 day Northern Europe cruise with MSC, then two night stay in Paris as well as transportation options. She was available whenever I needed her before the trip as well as during AND AFTER. She was available when I landed in Paris despite the time zone difference and helped me out when American Airlines misplaced my suitcase. She spent HOURS on the phone/email with the cruiseline over the period of several days after an incident with my suitcase on the ship.
I’ve used a couple travel agents in the past and they didn’t even come close to being as incredible as Brandi. She is a lifesaver and truly cares about her clients. There’s not many people who would go above and beyond like she did and I am so thankful for her.
I will be using Brandi for every single trip I go on from now on!

Trying to find an all inclusive resort was very overwhelming on our own but after reaching out to Brandi, she made it so easy. Brandi was a big help when planning our trip to Disney. She was always sure to think of the little things and even after the trip was booked she was still working for us. Brandi kept a lookout for cheaper flights and hotel stays after we had already booked and was able to secure us with cheaper flights and reimburse us for the difference. Brandi is also way more organized than I am and made sure to send us a detailed plan with a lot of options based on what we discussed with her
