Kelly was amazing to work with. She helped us plan our trip to Cancun, and she didn’t forget a detail. We appreciated her thorough communication and that she was able to promptly reply to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

The only complaint I would have is that I had to come back home…the trip was planned perfectly from beginning to end. Everything was seamlessly laid out and easily understood and followed.

I had the most amazing experience with wonderful people and unbelievable scenery. I was mostly disconnected from social media but rediscovered parts of myself long forgotten. Kelly planned an all ladies trip and found the most amazing company to provide us with a true Canadian experience, down to the small details. Upon inquiring on the trip, we were provided full description on the trip along with pricing. Once committed we were given all the information of what documents would be needed for travel and apps we needed to download to have access to all future travel information. She arranged all the flights, in travel transportation, and activities options. We were given full detailed itinerary including our flight conformation numbers( just in case). She added little touches that made the trip personal such as hosting a pre-trip dinner to introduce us all and make sure all our questions were answered, and included sweet swag bags. She was with communication to answer questions or address concerns. Wonderful experience as always!!

This is the second trip I have taken that Kelly has planned. She does a great job! I definitely recommend her for your travel needs. Both trips that she planned have been trips that I continue to take about. I can’t express enough how much I enjoyed her trips.

Could not have done this without Kelly. First time using a travel planner and her service was all star quality. Highly recommended for a trip to a place like the Amalfi Coast where there are so many choices. Kelly interviewed us on our travel tastes and delivered 100% satisfaction. Trying to plan my husband’s bucket list vacation became a little overwhelming for me, and that’s when I reached out to Kelly. I’m so thankful that I did! She took care of every detail, provided a wonderful Trip Plan, was available for a couple questions I had during our trip and though I’ve never met her, I feel like I have a new friend. I cannot say enough good things about the help she provided, but I’ll sum it up by saying that my husband and I had an amazing time, checked many things off of our bucket lists, saw so much beauty and made memories we will hold in our hearts forever.

My husband and I just returned from a magical trip to Glacier National Park — our first time in Montana — and it didn’t disappoint! Kelly was instrumental in helping us decide which parts of the park to explore and in arranging guided hiking, bus, and horseback tours. She provided access to an app that was neatly organized by day, complete with attached receipts, park entrance passes, dining recommendations, additional parks and trails to visit, and other entertainment options. The app even had an “offline” mode, which was perfect for those stretches without cell service. This was the most peaceful yet active vacation we’ve ever taken, and I know that was thanks to Kelly’s expertise. We’re so grateful for her guidance, excitement, and attention to detail — it truly made our trip unforgettable.

We do not travel to Europe often and were a bit nervous with all the planning details since we wanted to visit so many sites in 10 days. Kelly stepped in and made all the anxiety go away. She covered every little detail for us and provided guidance in real time when we were moving from destination to destination (e.g. best parking in Venice). She arranged the best flights, car rental, excursion ideas, hotel options, and put together a fantastic itinerary for us. We had such an amazing trip from Rome to Palombara Sabina, to Recanati to Venice, to Verona to Lake Como and finally Milan for our flight home. We couldn't have done it so easily without Kelly's help. We highly recommend utilizing her services!

Kelly went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of our trip were exactly as we wanted. She helped with the planning and itinerary to make sure all our desires were obtainable including all transportation aspects as well as accommodations, tours, tickets...anything we needed. She kept us up to date on any changes along the way and including during our trip to make sure all of our wishes were met! She was very responsive to all of my little questions and requests no matter how small. We felt as if she was right along with us for our trip! AMAZING! We are in our late 60's. Have planned numerous trips on our own, but got overwhelmed when researching the numerous options on this journey so turned to Kelly. Love her communication style which was an initial phone chat to learn about our preferences and then it was via emails/texts or chats in the user friendly trip app she uses. She is prompt and extremely helpful in all areas of trip planning - never waited more than 2 hours for a response to a Q, before or during the travel. We went on 6day trip-2 days Rocky Mountaineer Train; bookended by 3 natl park visits (Rocky Mtn; Arches; Canyonlands). Kelly researched and found the most perfect small group (6 of us) tours. We chose no car rental so Kelly had daily suggestions for food options within walking distance. She is the very best travel agent we have ever come across! Highly recommend her!

Kelly had a phone call with my husband and me to understand what we really wanted the vacation to look like for us. She planned all our activities and even things to do in that area when we were done. The application we downloaded had everything in there, one stop shop, to know what was next, etc. The thing that made Kelly stand out for us was her attention to detail - we were going home, done with the trip and were stuck on our connecting flight in Chicago with rain - she texted me to ask "what is up in Chicago". She felt the trip wasn't over until we were home; that impressed us.

I contacted Kelly to plan my trip to Niagara Falls this fall. I contacted Kelly on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon after conferring with me on the dates, lodging preferences and length of the trip, Kelly had it all arranged with hotel reservations and a daily itinerary that included the main attractions and activities available in the area. As an added benefit, Kelly provided me with an app that conveniently displays my daily itinerary with the scheduled activities, directions and maps to the different attractions. The app also has numerous travel tips, includes flights and reminders for booking Ubers to get to the airport on time all together on the user-friendly app. I will definitely be calling Kelly for planning my next trip.
