Megan went above and beyond in so many ways. She’s made my entire booking process very easy and seamless. I booked a Disney cruise in the past but the park had so many time sensitive deadlines and she was on it every step of the way. Her communication and response time was remarkable ! She had wonderful tips and tricks that I would have not known about given we have never been to a Disneyland park. I would highly recommend using a travel agent, For example we may not have chosen to be in the club but it really made our vacation enjoyable. Coffee and breakfast to start the day and snacks and drinks in the afternoon for me the mom on the trip made it very relaxing and enjoyable when we were not in the park. Excellent service all around and when we book again I will use Megan again!

This is the 2nd time we booked with Megan! She just makes it easy and takes the worry out of planning a family trip. I appreciated the quick reminders while on vacation, especially when just landing and trying to figure out where/who to find. Will be booking again!

My husband and I wanted to go to Greece for our 15th wedding anniversary. I wanted the trip to be perfect but I was overwhelmed. In comes Megan of Magical Moments! Megan did a stellar job planning a relaxing and beautiful itinerary for us. She prepared many options for us and helped us select flights, wine tours, and walking tours that made our trip magical. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful Megan was in planning our first Disney cruise! The vastness of cruise planning stresses me out but Megan was there every step of the way to answer all my questions, share benefits or gaps in what we were considering, and put my mind at ease. Traveling with two kids under five is hard enough and thankfully so much of the planning and coordination burden was eliminated with Megan and the fantastic job she did. Megan was very helpful and patient as I searched for a warm place to go this winter. I had many questions as did my travel friend and Megan answered them all and guided us to the best choices for our winter getaway. She helped narrow down our many possibilities and once we decided, she made sure everything was in order. Megan was easy to communicate with and always stayed in touch. As our trip grew closer she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and answer last minute questions. Our family had a great time at Universal/Epic in Orlando. It was so much fun. The rides were amazing the entire resort was so convenient and memorable. We will go back again. A huge reason why this was successful was due to Megan’s amazing planning help and briefing of what to expect and how to navigate the trip. That alone made it worth it and a big reason why I have booked with her and will continue to use Megan in the future.

Megan is the absolute best. I previously booked all my own cruises, spending so much time planning and checking prices. It was a lot of work and really took away from the relaxation part of a vacation. Megan has been SO helpful, ever since the first time I reached out to her. She helped us pick and plan our cruises, always giving great advice. I have had tons of questions along the way and it's so nice to have someone to reach out to versus hoping I find the right answer online. And she always responds so quickly!
