Exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we wanted. Quality food, no crowds, relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect resort to celebrate our anniversary. We would have never even thought about Cabo if it was not for Vicki.

We had never used a travel agent for several previous cruises, but because we were taking a large group we decided to try one out. Thank God we did! When my daughter in law was denied entry onto the ship because she had forgotten one document, we didn’t know what to do. After being on hold with Royal Caribbean for two hours without reaching a life we called Vicki. Within 20 minutes she had reached royal Caribbean and mapped out a plan of action for my daughter-in-law. When a scheduled flight was canceled at 2 AM in the morning, she answered the phone and quickly arranged an Uber to a different airport so my daughter-in-law could still reach the next part of town and join us on the ship. This is just a fraction of the little things she did to make our lives easier during the booking and sailing process. I can’t imagine a better travel agent ever! We are so grateful to her for all her help.
