Candice has helped our family arrange & book several different trips!! Ages of our party range from 3- 73 years old and Candice always has something for everyone! We are a party of 11, so this is no minor feat! Her correspondence is always timely and reassuring. She stays in constant contact before, and after trip, always accessible for any questions or concerns. Our last trip to St Lucia was a favorite, probably because it was most recent! Ha ha The entire family now considers Candice a family friend! Can’t imagine taking a trip without her expertise and guidance. Candice is a dream to work with!! She listens to your desires and budget and comes back to you with a trip you couldn’t have dreamed up on your own! My first trip with her was a group of my friends that all went on a nearly 2 week adventure to Columbia! It was a cultural experience for the eyes and mind and a tasty experience for the palate and at times so breathtaking I cried! She knew all the best restaurants and the hotels were simply stunning! She took care of every single detail! The flights, connections, the hotels, the sites…all taken care of with attention to our wants and needs! I loved her so much that she planned my 60th birthday trip to Mexico! I’ll write another review when that’s completed but up to this point she has taken again all the work out of the plan knowing exactly what I’m looking for! Candice Bristow is THE travel agent! Her attention to detail is impeccable and her customer service is excellent! This was our first time working with Candice and I was thoroughly impressed with her travel knowledge. We are planning our next trip with her and I have referred her to two other friends. Candice helped us plan our adventurous trip to Iceland. She made sure to accommodate our needs for the trip by helping with getting our tickets to the lagoons,rental car and hotels lined up. All the hotels were very nice and the car was exactly what we needed in order to drive in Iceland where she made sure we had 4X4. She helped us get our entrance tickets to Blue Lagoon and Secret Lagoon both were amazing and relaxing after a long traveling day where we did not have to worry about getting those the day we arrived it was already set up. Candice worked with us patiently while we went back and forth with the plans. We saw so many beautiful things while driving waterfalls to black sand beaches Iceland is a must visit and I would use Candice to plan my trip again when I go back !

Candice did an amazing job with our trip to the Bahamas. She was very thourough in making sure we got to do everything we wanted. The resort was beautiful and we didn’t have to go far to see the beach everything was walking distance. The resort Grand Hyatt Baha Mar had an animal sanctuary so it was fun for all ages to interact with the animals like flamingos and touch starfish. Our tour in downtown Nassau was very educational !

Candice is simply the best! This was our first trip to Toronto and we didn’t know where to start. Candice asked about our priorities when we travel and then planned a trip that exceeded our expectations. The hotel was phenomenal, restaurants superb, and the entertainment was excellent! Candice is our go-to for our future travel plans!
