We started out not really knowing what we wanted and Sandra helped us narrow down our “needs” and wants. She took the time to understand what our concerns were and addressed each one. Set up a clear itinerary and worked with a company in Europe to make sure it met her standards and in turn exceeded ours. From transfers between airplanes and trains to hotels at various areas we were with so happy with everything she had arranged. The best aspect was that she was readily available for all our questions even right before take off! Making this truly a trip to remember!

I started out an unsure solo traveler. I contacted Sandra by luck of the draw. We shared information and Sandra was able to book flights, shuttles, and hotels for the beginning of my trip and for my return comfort. Under her guidance I felt confident to book inbetweens on my own. Sandra provided me with my own travel brochure and LINKS which I found VERY useful. The LINKS provided important information to ensure all my travel documents were in order and options to areas I might like to explore further. I printed two hard copies of the brochure, one for my family so they knew the key locations on my travel and one for myself. I wrote in my hard copy everyday to keep track of my days and time.

I contacted Sandra Sykes when I saw the "Wonders of Southeast Asia" Tour Package (Air Canada Vacations) and asked for her help with the trip. First, she quickly researched all of her resources to see if there was another tour that was better value. She was very fast in the response back which is great as tour prices change constantly. She booked the ACV Tour and provided insurance information as well. Also, only a minimal deposit was needed so there was no need to pay for the package right away. With all the questions that I had in the interim to departure, Sandra was very quick to contact the supplier and get back to me with answers. She also provided additional information on the trip, such as visas, how to do the transfer in Bangkok from one flight to another, etc. She loaded the trip documents into "Tripit" for me. I called Sandra on a Saturday afternoon requesting to book an all-inclusive holdiay for 5 couples (siblings) to Hacienda Buenaventura Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We were surprising another sibling that was booked into that same resort. I asked Sandra to book the same resort, same week and the same airline so we could surprise our brother. This was no easy task as the dates were 3 weeks away from the time we asked her to book it. She had us all booked in 3 days. Outstanding! The night we arrived Sandra contacted me to inquire if everyone was satisfied with the flight and rooms at the resort. My siblings were in awe that she would take the time to check in on us. From start to finish Sandra was always there for me. I travelled alone and it was a bit challenging. From a cancelled flight the night before the trip, to several trip delays, Sandra was constantly in touch with me to make sure I was well informed and didn't feel alone.
