Yuri is absolutely the best. We've used her several times now and I'm not sure what we would have done without her. Two of our trips ended up begin cancelled due to COVID and she took care of everything. Her support made our other trips perfect. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Yuri did an amazing job helping my husband and I plan an international trip with many moving parts and travel within our trip. She provided expert opinion on places to see and really was able to hold my hand in planning the trip. She was available from beginning to end and follow-up after our trip.

An exceptional experience!

Yuri Pross is an absolute professional. Very well organized and helped us through every step of getting the trip set up (on the ship), to travel arrangements, etc. Genuinely nice and helpful and when we encountered a travel issue, she worked tirelessly to help us solve it. Honestly, she was engaged in helping us get to our destination from first thing in the morning until well into the evening. Yuri also does thoughtful things like sending out travel tips, helpful little travel items, etc. (By the way, one of her tips was to buy an Apple AirTag which I did, and I don't think we would have gotten our suitcase without it!) I have never had a better experience with a travel agent. She is exceptional, and we'll definitely be working with her again.

Family Vacation 2022

What can i say...........but amazing! Working with Yuri in planning my family's magical trip to Disneyland was truly awesome. She took the time to tailor our vacation arrangements to fit the needs of a big family vacation. Yuri truly makes you feel like you are a member of her own family and works hard to provide you with a memorable vacation. I refuse to book my next family vacation with anyone else!

Girls Trip Getaway was EPIC!

Simply wonderful, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient! Planned a girls trip and Yuri hooked us up with terrific all inclusive 5 star hotel that was out of a dream book! Amazing Journey!

Yuri took care of all of the details, even when I had questions, events after the trip was booked. She helped us all of the way through. We went on a cruise and she was able to beat the price and get us a better cabin than I was able to find on my own. We will trust her with all of our travel plans going forward. I was never a believer in travel agencies before, but she has me convinced, Yuri is the one for us!
