We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Napa and Sonoma, all thanks to the incredible planning and support of our travel agent, Lysa. From the very beginning, Lysa went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect—she truly thought of everything. And she is so genuinely excited to plan the trip and is excited for you as her client every step of the way. Her knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations made our trip seamless, relaxing, and so special. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, and that peace of mind made all the difference. Lysa is simply amazing, and we can't wait to work with her again on our next adventure!

Lysa planned a wonderfully organized and well thought out trip for us, based on our budget, dates and what experiences we wanted to have. She used her own personal travel knowledge of both London and Scotland to help book us in the best locations for hotels (close to transportation and dining options) as well as finding spots and tours with that "special touch." Lysa's knowledge of Portugal was a huge plus when she planned our trip to Portugal. She put together an itinerary based on the needs of our group with a variety of activites, including walking tours, wine tastings, a cooking class and excursions to nearby towns. The hotels were lovely and she also provided restaurant recommendations. Overall, Lysa was a pleasure to consult about this trip and the results were perfect.

We planned a last minute “bucket list” trip to stay in the over water bungalows in Mexico. We literally just needed to show up with Lysa. Our first time to Europe and we weren't even sure what we were doing. We could NOT have done it without Lysa. From the smallest tips, to help with transfers (plane, train, bus, you name it), to ideas for tours, to hotel and restaurant recommendations (and booking). I will never NOT book a trip with her again. This trip required so much preparation (we saw 11 countries in 23 days), and Lysa was there for every step. Always with "How can I help?" Amazing, amazing, amazing. If I could give her 100 stars, I would.

Lysa is everything you would wish for in a travel agent. Not only is she responsive, but she is solutions driven. I had absolutely no doubt that I was extremely well taken care of, and that I could reach her if I needed her while on my trip.

I had asked if she knew anything about Wellness Spas and after asking a few probing questions (budget, goals, etc.), she immediately and enthusiastically suggested Rancho la Puerta. I was nervous about traveling to Mexico, but she put at ease right away.

Booking was simple, they were running a "summer special" at The Ranch, so she was able to get me a great deal and there was a bottle of wine waiting upon my arrival.

Between booking and my travel date, Lysa took care of information the resort needed, and kept me updated on an as-needed basis.

When we first had a phone call with Lysa, we were blown away with her professionalism, candor, and thoughtfulness. For over a year, Lysa checked in with us, learned us as people, and clearly communicated updates. Once we were on the trip, I don’t think we realized how expertly Lysa planned our vacation. See, we were going big for our honeymoon: 3 weeks in Europe. Lysa had the wherewithal to intentionally plan days for us that were jam packed of sight seeing and experiences coupled with days that were restful. Probably our favorite example of this was when, around the middle of our trip, when we were getting pretty tired with packing and unpacking from city to city, Lysa knew to give us an apartment with a kitchenette and laundry. We didn’t even think to ask for that! But it was the best way for us to recharge! It was those little considerations alongside her knowledge to get us hotels right in the center of town and nearby public transit that makes her expertise an absolute asset.

Lysa was great in helping us plan our trip to Spain. She helped us choose great accommodations, planned our car rental, and planned out the different stages or legs of our trip. Where Lysa shined was that we were visiting friends who we haven't seen in years. When we started to spend time with them and their children, we made some changes to the trip on the fly. Lysa was able to help us cancel and book new accommodations as we wanted to stay in a few places for longer and shorter. It was super helpful that we didn't have to be on the phone trying to set things up while we were exploring with our friends!

I began working with Lysa about a year ago planning my trip to Scotland. This was a big deal to me as I’ve never travelled internationally solo. Lysa put together an itinerary that was absolutely perfect and easy to navigate for the solo traveler. I didn’t need to rent a car. Most hotels, train station(s) were within walking distance and perfectly located within close proximity to venues. She did all of the ‘footwork’, research and came up with fun things to do. Lysa planned a wonderfully memorable and exciting trip to New York for Thanksgiving. She made sure everyone got to do something on their list. We saw the parade, the Rockettes, 2 great Broadway productions, tea at the plaza,, and several delicious dinners. I have had a fabulous experience working with Lysa. I had read a raving revue on Facebook from an acquaintance about how fabulous their trip went due to Lysa. I was frustrated & behind in planning a Honeymoon to be followed up by a group family trip with multiple travelers to multiple countries and I had reached out to another agent who was not helpful. My first contact with Lysa was so positive and reassuring and filled with great ideas.
