My mother and I were to set sail on a cruise for the Bahamas, tragically two days before we were to sail my mother passed away. Barbara Peterson was my mothers travel agent and....I can't even express how grateful I am for her. How kind, compassionate, empathetic, and caring she was. She went above and beyond anything she needed to do to help out in this situation. She was absolutely amazing in helping me during and unexpected loss. Barbara knew how much my mom was looking forward to this trip, I think my mom knew it was going to be her last one, and Barbara did everything in her power to make this as easy as possible for me, knowing how hard it was given the circumstances. One of the best trips

I think that we would opp for a higher end hotel although we could not complain about the one that we stayed in. Things went smoothly the cruise was fantastic Hawaii was great!!

Barbara was amazing! Her patience, knowledge and positive "can do," attitude made planning my Mom's trip a pleasure! Her understanding and ability to navigate the Amtrak train schedule and the Cunard cruise lines along with side trips to New York and Niagara Falls gave my elderly mom and aunt the experience of a lifetime. She also arranged travel for our trip to Greece which was flawless.

Barbara was very helpful and made sure that she booked everything that we wanted to do. Our only snafu was with the airline. Our return flight was booked with Alaska dba Hawaii Airline. We went to the Hawaii counter and after much confusion they determined that our flight was with Alaska. We had plenty of time so we made our flight.

My sister and I recently went on a cruise out of Ft Lauderdale, FL. Sis made reservations on Spirit Airlines which were then cancelled and not completely refunded when Spirit went into bankruptcy! I called Barbara and within minutes she salvaged our trip she’s the best!
