Krystal is organized, efficient, responds almost immediately to any text or call. Any questions or issues you may have about your trip are quickly answered and solved. Her knowledge base of destinations is incredible! Krystal has travelled all over the world so she has so much experience and will suggest resorts and destinations to fit your particular likes and needs. She will remind you in advance of payments due and dates which is huge because we always book 8 months in advance. She will also handle putting the payment through online for you if you wish. Her knowledge of all airlines and their perks, benefits and rewards is amazing. She will help you sign up for all of those as well. 60 days before your trip, she contacts you and asks you to stop by or she will deliver a folder with all the travel information and forms to fill that you will need including what to pack! There are suggestions for sites to see and activities to sign up for before your trip or while you are there. Last year, my husband and I signed into our hotel at 2:00 pm and at 9:00 pm we still didn't have a room ready for us, I called Krystal and she handled it. We were upgraded to a presidential suite for the week at no extra cost. The room was incredible!! We are going to Barbados in February and the airline recently changed our flights from nonstop to layovers, which we hate, and Krystal handled getting us a nonstop flight a few days later and handled the hotel rebooking as well! We didn't have to do a thing! Often times we will travel with a group of 15 people and she handles it all seamlessly. I could go on and on, we just love her. My friends and I can not say enough about how wonderful Krystal Kofton is to work with to plan a vacation. From our first meeting 6 months before our vacation to right up until we left at the end of February, Krystal was always on top of making sure we were reminded of deadlines for payments and any special paperwork we would need to fill out prior to arriving in St. Lucia. We were a group of 15 people and she was so prompt with answering any questions or concerns that we had throughout the timeline prior to and leading up to our departure. Krystal even accommodated us by printing up paper copies and putting them in a neat binder for our reservation confirmation and info about transfers. She even provided detailed information about excursions and inquiries about reservations for dinners prior to our arrival. Everything went perfectly. Right from the beginning stage of planning our trip, Kristal was absolutely amazing! She found us the best deal, communicate with us throughout the months leading up to our trip on what we could expect from the resort, help with any documents that needed to be completed, gave suggestions on excursions if we wanted, and also gave us thoughtful gifts to take on the vacation! This resort is so big. The main pool is massive with loungers inside the pool. Plenty of chairs and activities around the pool area. All of the food was amazing. You get to watch the sunset from sunset beach every night. Such a beautiful resort
