First time Traveling Alone

I have never traveled without family and my girlfriend and I worked with Daena to take a week long getaway to Mexico. We stayed in Punta Cana and the resort was amazing. But, more importantly Daena educated us on the safety of traveling as two young woman to a foreign country, She set up tours and a limo to pick us up at the airport. I have recommended her to others and I'm looking forward to booking another trip with her. She is the best.

Best of Both Worlds!

My boyfriend and I wanted the best of both worlds to go the beach and Disney! Daena planned a three day stay in Clearwater, FL. She put us in the perfect location right across the beach, smack in the middle of Clearwater. Daena then planned us a three day stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort! She was even able to get us reservations last minute at Woodys Round Up! She was there for us during even step of the trip. She even was able to get me on new flight the day of our departure after mine was cancelled unexpectedly. 10/10 cannot recommend Daena enough for any of travel needs!!!

Daena helped our family of 7 plan our first ever trip to Disney World last Thanksgiving. She taught us everything we needed to know (and there is a lot to know) and she made sure all of our hotel accommodations, fast passes, events, grocery service, transportation were all lined up. Contacted Daena to help arrange a quick impromptu weekend getaway. Daena listened to what I was looking for and suggested South Haven, MI. Ended up being the perfect little anniversary weekend trip. She knew we were visiting out of tourist season and that it would be like we had the town to ourselves. She chose the best restaurant to celebrate our 25th anniversary. And even knew about a tiny little wine bar next to the place we stayed. She hand picked our room to stay in as well. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. Daena worked her magic and planned a trip to Punta Cana for my family. It was so nice to sit back and let her handle both the minor and major details. Face it looking at all the stuff on-line can be overwhelming. I would highly recommend using Daena Nicholas for all your travel needs. It is so nice to know there is someone you can trust to make the arrangements and all you have to do is show up and enjoy yourself. I have also recommended her to 2 of my friends for Disney trips. They were both thrilled to have her expert advise and input. Both said they would not have known the ins and outs of the many Park features without her knowledge and insight. Most people think you pay extra money for her services, but you don’t. I call that a win-win situation.

The Magic of Mackinac Island

Born and raised in California I was attending a golf outing in Northern Michigan. I decided to extend my stay and visit Mackinac Island and than drive down the west cost of the state. Daena worked with me to get private transportation from Boyne Highlands to the airport to pick up a rental car. From there we traveled to Mackinac City and drove over the bridge to take a from St. Ignance to the Island. She got us great a great hotel called the The Inn at Stonecliffe. Beautiful views and a great retreat. I highly recommend it. She made our dinner reservations for our entire stay and it was a great experience. We left the island and continued on our road trip. I'd use her again as she was always available, stayed in budget and even took our text messages when we were traveling. Give her a try. You won't be disappointed.

Mackinac Island 1st Time Visit

I have always wanted to visit Mackinac but the logistics of getting there kept me from planningm y trip. I discovered Daena on Travel Leaders and she is an expert on Michigan and especially the island itself. She arranged a prenight stay and transfers to the ferry docks. The Island House hotel was spectacular and the location was perfect. We were able to walk into town and yet have the quiet of the island at our resort. I wish we had booked additional night but, I have a feeling we will be back. We left the island and spent 4 days in Traverse City and the family had a blast. Daena was attentive to our families needs, responsive and listened to us to help make our dream trip a reality. Thank you again.

Our First Trip Out of the Country

I have never been a a vacation out of the country and I was apprehensive about going. I contacted Daena to help my husband and I with a trip to Jamaica. She eased all my anxiety and was very helpful . The hotel , transfers and suggestion to use Club Mobay to ease our way through customs and wait in comfort for our transfers to arrive. She was available to answer all our questions including how to fill out customs forms. She made her self available from day one until the day we returned. First time in France!

Cruising the open waters

We became clients of Daena's 5 years ago. She is always willing to help and takes as many insane questions (and I have lots) as I can email her! We are experienced cruises and know most everything, but Daena takes the time to go over everything step by step, and never makes us feel bad about going over it again! She works with are schedules and sometime stays late to accommodate us! We left a previous Travel Agent as the agent was never around and always too busy or just did not want to help us, but since being with Daena that all changed! Just wanted to thank you for all the planning you did for our Disney trip. We got home last night.... it was probably the best trip to Disney we've had.
We loved the hotel - Beach Club. So nice and comfortable and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Loved the location being close to Epcot and Hollywood.
The new developments at the parks are awesome. Guardians of the Galaxy and Rise of the Resistance. Seriously!!! My boys rode Space Mountain probably 7 times - Seven Dwarfs 7 times and Slinky Dog at least 3 times. They were in heaven.Space 220 restaurant is also outta this world, no pun intended! Totally cool experience. Food is incredible and so are the drinks. Waitstaff was high level. The environment is really theatrical. We also loved the Harmonious fireworks show at Epcot.We would be happy to talk with any future clients of yours if they need ideas about Disney!We are so happy everything worked out. We truly appreciate all your hard work.We are sure we will come back again.

Daena helped us to plan a last minute spring break trip to Sanibel Island, Florida. She found us great accommodations right on the beach! She was very responsive and made sure to follow up to insure we received the documents, etc. that were needed. After the trip, she followed up to see how everything went. I will definitely use Daena in the future to plan a trip for us. And if ever going to Disney, you must call Daena! Trip of a Lifetime!

Wow, what an experience! Daena arranged one heck of a trip for the wife and me. She made arrangements for my Harley to be shipped down to Orlando FL so we were able to hop on once we got of the airplane. We left Orlando and headed to key west. She mapped out the scenic route per our request and once we realized it wasn’t the smartest of routes she remapped out our trip back from Key West taking toll roads and we were extremely grateful for that. Our stay at Margaritaville was absolutely perfect! Daena gave us a list of attractions and great places to visit in down town and she was spot on. There is always some kind of hiccup along the way but this trip was exactly what we were hoping it to be thanks to Daenas awesome ability to make arrangement’s for people she’s never met in person. Would never consider using another agent. Daena will be planning our next adventure.

Cruising Alaska
