Rochelle was great to work with! She found us the perfect place to stay in Maui and had lots of suggestions of things to do. We originally planned for 2020 but the pandemic closed Hawaii to visitors. She was able to rebook everything for 2021 just as planned the year before. I highly recommend using Rochelle for your travel needs.

Rochelle provides great options for vacations. We've had two separate incidents where one hotel didn't open on time and another was sold before we could stay there. On the first occasion she re-booked us at our most favorite resort at no extra cost (we'd never stayed there before). On the second occasion she re-booked us at a resort we stayed at previously, but in a better room. She was responding to us while on her own vacation and always goes the mile. We won't book without Rochelle again! Have been booking every year with her since 2017.

Danube Redux

Fabulous relaxing vacation

My husband and I decided very last minute that we wanted to travel somewhere warm over spring break, but also didn't want to be inundated by the spring break party crowd. Rochelle offered a few adult only options. Once we decided where we wanted to go, everything was all set to go. We didn't have to worry about any logistics. Transportation and everything was very clearly explained. Once we arrived we found the resort to be very clean with super friendly staff. We also realized then that we had "elite" status and access to all the top shelf drinks. So grateful to have such a stress-free vacation and all set up at the very last minute :)

Three terrific trips

Rochelle worked out issues from being "stuck" in Bergen, Norway due to COVID to re-arranging a tour schedule in Venice. Her lodging choices were excellent and accommodations were the type and location we would choose ourselves. There were a couple of issues that we had to work out, including failure to include golf club rental on a trip to Scotland, but her selection of private guides in Barcelona, Scotland and Normandy were perfect. Most recently, we had glitches in Australia and New Zealand because we had missed the requirement that we needed visas, but the staff at the ship terminals were helpful and gracious and it was not an uncommon issue - only a few minutes of delay. We will undoubtedly use her for future international travel.

Aruba Trip

Rochelle was very helpful in planning our big first trip out of the country. We had thought about going to the Virgin Islands but Rochelle put together other a list of other destinations along with costs. We decided on Aruba and so happy we did. Rochelle set up everything we needed for our trip on an app and also gave us a link to look at excursions and pre book them. This was very helpful. Rochelle even kept us updated when the airspace closed due to the Venezuela attack and when we woke up we had an email from her at around 12:30 AM letting us know the airspace was open and our flight was on time. Rochelle has been our travel agent for over 15 years now. I have recommended her many times and have had friends use her for their travel. Her recommendations are the best and truly make our trips so much better. Recently, we traveled to Greece. We wanted to see specific islands/cities. Rochelle recommended a cruise rather than extra costs of flying and hotels between the islands. Wow! What a difference that made. We are definitely sold now on cruising to see more places. We also needed to add in a quick trip to Frankfurt on the front end of our trip. Rochelle made it seamless. Previously, we traveled to Italy and she made it so easy for us!
