This was an amazing trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our adult children. Rose was attentive to our needs and wants. She stayed within our budget and was patient with our many questions. She even checked on us multiple times during our vacation!

She then followed up on every detail with gentle reminders while confirming that the plans were shaping to our liking. In addition, she followed up to provide us tips and tricks for traveling abroad making sure we had all the essentials we would need from compression socks, to hydrating property to having the appropriate electrical connectors. Not a step was missed and we had fun chatting along the way. I have and will continue to highly recommend Rosemary to all of my connections (friends, family and colleagues). Rose was the consummate professional. She is very easy to work with. Prompt in answering text messages, phone calls and e-mails. She fought for us when it came to discrepancies on the villa contract. She arranged for transportation to and from the airport. This was the first time we both booked a villa in Sorrento Italy so we all learned a lot. And I would do it all over again. This vacation was a dream come true. Loved Loved Loved it all!!!

she was great, very knowledgeable and professional, great guide throughout the trip, this cruise was one of the best I’ve been on, we had so much fun, I sailed in the past with Carnival and even though I didn’t have a bad experience there, this one was one of the best, I loved the food items, great dining, great entertainment, especially the club nights, the manor reminded me of the old NYC night clubs I use to attend to, the energy of all the people and staff on board was great, over all it was a great getaway that I needed.
