Storybook Trips by Molly - Molly was amazing!! From day one, she went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was the best for our family. She recommended various places to stay, dine, and things to do along the way. Molly also helped us navigate through all of the Covid requirements for traveling to Maui and then on to Oahu. She made us a calendar of what we needed to do and when and where to get our Covid tests. She gave us directions on how to get our armbands at the Denver Airport for travel into Hawaii and saved us hours of waiting in line there. We would have been lost without her! She was also able to find us a better flight out of Cleveland once the airline canceled our original flight.

It was nice working with someone who knew so much about our destination and helping us along the way. I highly recommend Molly for your travel plans. We will definitely use her again for our future travels!

Our family decided to go to Riviera Maya Mexico for Christmas and it was very last minute. Christmas is less than 2 weeks away and we are a family of 5 adults commuting to and from different cities in the U. S. Molly was so patient and kind with our last minute chaos. Her follow up was so quick on every question we asked. She listened carefully to our long list of wants and our budget and pointed us to properties within those parameters. She really went above and beyond--providing feedback on current beach conditions and Covid requirements and protocols. She even checked into private airport shuttles for us because she knew I planned to look into that. It doesn't cost any more money to work with a travel agent and it is so nice to have the help in planning and research and especially important if things don't go as expected to have an advocate stateside to help you. Our family travels a lot and having an agent that you know and trust to assist you makes all the difference.

Molly was able to accommodate our needs and stay within our budget and in less than a month we were in Paradise! She provided emails almost daily about our trip. Made sure we were totally prepared with everything we needed. Even sent out a little “beach necessities” kit that was super cute and helpful! I had a slight issue with a glitchy app that it wasn’t letting us check in early for our flight. I emailed her and within minutes she responded. Our check-in process was then super simple with no issues. We had a hassle-freee experience once getting to the resort. We did not get approached by anyone trying to sell anything, our transfers to and from were already reserved. We were able to totally relax in the beautiful weather at a beautiful resort! We had an amazing room. Very clean, staff super friendly, very attentive to our wants/needs. Molly recommended this resort to us and we are so happy we trusted her and went with it! 10/10 will book with her in the future!

First time cruising for my son and sister. Everyone had a great trip. Ages 10-48 years old. Something for everyone to do.

This was my second time working with Molly, and once again, she exceeded expectations! She captured our attention with a great deal for our girls trip to Cancun and kept us informed every step of the way. From helpful tips and reminders to detailed emails full of suggestions, she made the planning process so easy and stress-free. Last summer, she also organized an unforgettable family/friends Alaskan cruise for us. Both experiences were fantastic, and I’ll definitely be using Molly again for future adventures!

Molly Cummings did it again! She planned the most amazing Disneyland birthday weekend for my daughter and everything was perfect! I am so thankful she suggested the lightning lane feature because that was definitely a game changer! We rode on everything and some rides even twice! She provided us with so much useful information, tips and tricks for navigating both parks at Disneyland!!! The Disneyland Hotel she suggested was beautiful and the room was so cozy! Molly also saved the day when we found out last minute that my brother was going to join us and she was able to seamlessly get him added to the room as well as get him tickets! She took all the worry and stress off of our shoulders so all we had to do was put on our mouse earsand enjoy!! I will always use Molly for all of my travel planning! She is incredible!!

Molly was wonderful to work with! She answers all questions and concerns during the booking process and she gives great information regarding your specific trip! We went on a cruise and in the beginning she asked us dates, location and other things and then gave us options to choose from which was great. Once we chose, she handled everything for us and even sent us a packing list and cute pouches to pack items in!
