I give Jill a code from Carnival and she takes over from there. She handles all the details with Carnival; I sit back and relax waiting for that day I head off to Baltimore Cruise Port. Jill has been handling my cruises for 2 years and Disney adventures for me and my family for many more. Jill stays in touch with me to ensure I am doing well. I highly recommend Jill for comfort and ease of mind.

Had a fantastic Disney Christmas family vacation!! Jill did a great job of booking Disney resort and cruise. All flowed very well from airport transportation to resort, transfer to cruise port and transfer back to airport at conclusion.

Jill did her magic and reserved 12 days of beautiful sunsets and 3 new unexplored destinations on the Italian themed Carnival Venezia. This was our first experience using the Beaches Resorts, so I relied heavily on Jill's experience. She has been on the property and could offer personal insights into it. We booked late and originally did not get the room styles we wanted. She tracked room inventory until we got what she wanted: I did not have to follow up on the rooms with Beaches at all. She checked in with me before, during and after the trip. She makes a lot of extra effort for her clients.

Jill handles it all! She is experienced and helpful. She checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Jill was a wonderful travel agent! Her communication was great and she made sure we were on time (or ahead of time) with all our pre-trip paperwork. The part of her service I appreciated the most was that, thanks to her knowledge of the system and her experience at the resort we visited, she made sure we knew about all the fun things to do so we didn't missed out on anything by not knowing about it.
