Excellent service. In Dec.2021 I fell and broke my femur 1 day before a 2 week cruise. Dana took care of all shipboard details also all insurance details. I received my full remibursements before I left rehab. She was fabulous. This Oct I fell while onboard and broke a bone in my shoulder She is again handling all details. I have another cruise booked with her and expect to make this cruise memorable because of Dana.

Viking cruise

Dana helped us pick the best cruise line that fit our budget, style, likes and dislikes (Celebrity). She listened to us and recommended a couple of different options. She very timely answered any questions we asked her. We have continued to work with her in booking future trips.

Just wanted to say THANKS for setting up our Secrets Riviera Maya vacation. We had an awesome time on our 40th anniversary even though it rained the first four days, but had a great time in spite of that. It was everything you said and more.
