Kyla worked with my wife and I to put together a trip of a lifetime for us. We had always wanted to go to Italy and instead of trying on our own to search, check reviews, book flights, hotels, excursions, tickets for events, etc, we had Kyla do it for us. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, asked us lots of questions, and worked with us to put together a fantastic 2-week trip itinerary. Even when we were abroad and had an issue with one of our hotels, Kyla responded immediately. She addressed the problem, spoke to the hotel, and was able to remedy the situation for us without us blinking an eye.
